Did you know Squeezing your partner's butt stimulates hormones that reduce stress and improve heart health.

This is painful. Prayer can provide comfort, but it shouldn't replace compassion or professional help. Depression is real, and people who are struggling need understanding, support, and proper care, not dismissal. Faith and mental health support can go hand in hand.

Some religious people can watch you suffer and do nothing to help you. I remember when my uncle's brother told him he was depressed and needed help. My uncle told him to go to church and pray because there's nothing like depression. 😭

Sometimes, the difficult seasons of life teach us lessons that comfort never could. Every challenge can build our patience, wisdom, and strength. We may not understand the process now, but we can learn from it and keep preparing for what lies ahead.

According to my mentors, there’s something God and the universe want me to learn. I must go through some process of refining for the task ahead. These refining processes might be preparing for the greater task by learning what needs to be learned, or it could be a case of God teaching me wisdom or something of value that will be useful to me in the near future, which I may not be able to see now. The Relationship Between Failure and Process henryukazu.com/4500-2/ To understand how the process works, consider this: if you plant corn outside the rainy season, you might think it’s a bad seed, but that’s not the case; you just planted it at the wrong time. Even the bible says there’s a time for everything.

Powerful lesson. Sometimes, failure doesn't mean we're not good enough; it simply means the timing or approach isn't right. Learn from the experience, trust the process, and keep going. The right seed planted at the right time can produce a great harvest. Good morning sir

New Book Alert: I'm that nobody God has made somebody. It's with all pleasure I wish to announce that my third book "The Six Pillars of Success is finally out. I give God the glory. Apart from God, my life has been influenced by mentors especially my late unlettered parents who embodied the definition of Six Pillars of Success, that's why I had to dedicate the book to them. I'm sad my late parents are not here today, but I do know they will be glad to see that their son has gone global with his books. Yes, dad and mom, I have been interviewed by New York Times and interviewed on television several times in New York. These 243-page book was written with personal experience, revelation from God and practical experience from many of my mentors I hold in high esteem. Great minds like Dr. @yomigarnett , Dr. @DrJoeAbah who graciously wrote the Foreword, Dr. @DeleMomodu Dr. @koladesina Mr. @Olusegunverdict and a host of others. I always tell my friends, I'm not smart, rather I'm smart by association. These great minds have influenced in many ways with lifestyle. That's why you read the chapters on 1. Purpose and Personal Growth, 2. Career and Vocational Experience 3. Spirituality and Inner Grounding 4. Healthy and Total Well Being, 5. Healthy Family & Social Relationships. 6. Financial Independence and Freedom. My life is filled with testimony. One thing I can say is that I have seen the hand of God manifest upon life in several mysterious ways. If I was told I will get this far, I may have not believed it. It's just the grace of God, that's why I don't joke with Psalm 118:22, which says the stones which the builders have rejected has become the cornerstone. I'm that nobody God has made somebody. Please support me by getting either the kindle version, paperback, or hardcover amazon. You can also share this message. Thank you and remain blessed. amazon.com/dp/B0GS24XB4D/ref…

Winning an election requires more than passion and online noise. It takes proper organisation, grassroots mobilisation, voter education, coalition building, and a clear strategy. If the goal is Peter Obi, then every action should be measured by how much it brings us closer to that goal. Less emotional arguments, more strategic planning. Elections are won by turning public support into votes.

During the last presidential election, a lot of people came into the Obidient Movement with emotion and emotion nor dey win election. We have started again with the same mindset, instead of make we strategize and focus . The goal na PETER OBI

Sadly, history keeps repeating itself because people ignore the lessons it teaches. The names and faces change, but the mistakes remain the same.

Four years around sulphur dioxide? You’ve seen air quality issues on a different level. But honestly, exposure to that gas is no joke. Protect those lungs, my friend!

My white friends be like “today, air quality is bad”. Then there is me who spent 4 years working at Nchanga Smelter, daily interacting with sulphur dioxide, I just laugh 😆

True, many people are enjoying the sacrifices their parents and ancestors made. The best thing is to acknowledge that privilege with gratitude and use it to create more opportunities for the next generation, rather than feel guilty about it.
