For Lee Cheuk-yan, it's Day 1,699 behind bars. 🕯️ Lee is a courageous labour leader imprisoned since April 2021 for organising peaceful pro-democracy protests in 🇭🇰 Hong Kong. Now, he faces unjust charges of "inciting subversion of state power" — carrying a sentence of up to 10 years. ⚖️ His trial is set for 22 Jan 2026.
