Socialism is about working people, rather than billionaires, having the power to determine our future. It’s about prioritizing and planning for the needs of the people and the planet, not the profits of a tiny clique of already disgustingly rich people. It’s about ensuring our families and communities can live with dignity.
If you believe that the vast wealth our country has should go toward education, healthcare, infrastructure and other public needs instead of war, death and destruction, you just might be a socialist, too.

The Hamas Must Go line is extremely pernicious as it’s the entire liberal pretext of the genocide. It’s a reiteration of surrender terms posing as moral abstraction. Again, if you support a “ceasefire” only on the condition one side surrenders then you don’t support a ceasefire.

BT has confirmed anti-ICE high school walkouts in eight states, with organizers in Minnesota, Georgia and Ohio expecting it to be the largest day of student action yet.
Since Minnesota-based Somali and Black students issued the call for a general strike last night, they say it has been joined by the national protest organization 50501, CAIR, several higher education unions, the Union de Vecinos in Los Angeles, VC Defensa, the Poor People's Campaign of North Carolina and a range of immigrant, grassroots and faith-based organizations nationwide.

BREAKING: Newly released phone footage from ICE agent Jonathan Ross, the killer of Renee Nicole Good, shows the moment of the shooting from his perspective. Ross walks in front of the vehicle right before the shooting.
BT News has lined up the bystander angle and Ross's angle for simultaneous viewing. The line-up shows that Ross’s phone briefly points upwards because he’s pointing his gun at Good, not because he was struck by her vehicle.
At the end of the video after shots are fired, an officer can be heard muttering “f*cking b*itch” referring to Good.
