"Systematically ‘deadnaming’ everyone, this book is uncompromising on matters of identity. To be this easy to read, and still tell the whole story of an ideological extremist group, it must consistently ignore all pretensions."
@DistMag has published a review of my new book.

We covered biggest good news in years: @HHSGov looking to investigate many hospitals whose doctors purposely misdiagnosed healthy kids to obtain $50,000,000+ by fraud.
The feds can investigate this—courts can’t stop this. Prosecuting these crimes can end sex-rejection in kids.

Perfect example of the vast divide between America’s First Amendment & Canada’s Charter right to “free expression.”
This just wouldn’t happen in Canada. No one would stand up for it, if it did. And the shop would be fined/persecuted to oblivion.

This isn't bullying, it's resistance against injustice

Trans activists: “You can’t tell someone is a man just by looking.”
Also trans activists: “You’re pretty manly looking. Maybe don’t critique other people’s appearances.”
Me: “Interesting. What, specifically, makes me look ‘manly’? I thought you couldn’t tell.”

“You want the passport to reflect the person's gender identity because it's all about identification.”
That’s Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of Berkeley Law, endorsing the district court’s logic in Trump v Orr. His claim is that a government document (whose entire purpose is identification) should record a person’s feelings about their sex and not their actual sex. He’s blithely unconcerned about the consequences for women if we allow men to claim to be female. Also very unclear why we should let people falsify government documents even without the harms to women & children.
Side Note: Any country that would be dangerous to travel to as a trans-identified person with your actual sex listed on your passport would be doubly dangerous to travel to while hiding your sex from authorities in those foreign countries.
In the Mirabelli v Bonta case, Chemerinsky makes it sound like the Supreme Court swooped in and blocked California’s law itself after a lower court ruled it was permissible. I’m no lawyer, but I believe this to be a gross mischaracterization. The lower court found the law unconstitutional, then the 9th Circuit stayed the decision. SCOTUS vacated the stay and let the lower court decision stand while the appeal plays out. (Someone with more knowledge than me, feel free to correct me.)
Chemerinsky brings up all these cases (passports, parental rights, female-only sports) to point out that SCOTUS is “very hostile to transgender rights.” This allows us to detail what Erwin considers trans rights:
1. Males’ right to compete in female sports and use female locker rooms
2. The right to hide your sex on government documents
3. Schools’ right to keep secrets from parents about their kids’ mental health, despite the fact that the entire faculty and student body will know this “secret.”
Personal Note: I spoke privately with Erwin 2 years and after briefly explaining the terrible situation in CA women’s prisons with male inmates he said he would look into it. He cannot claim ignorance.

Stop lying to people about their sex. It's one of the most fundamental aspects of a person, and creating a split between a person's mind and body in such a way is a recipe for disaster.
It's a destruction of the self, and creates a very unstable and unpredictable person.
Another TEEN TRANS KILLER.
Florida teen, Julia Egler, who goes by Jasper, shot her mother and her mother’s boyfriend after being misgendered by her mom. The teen admits her mother tried to meet her halfway regarding her gender demands, but she still killed her anyway. She then faked a home invasion involving a made-up black man to try and cover it up.

As a Californian and a parent of a child who was harmed by secret social transition. I am so proud to have met these hero teachers and their amazing legal team.
I dream of the day it is law of the land. That no child can be socially transitioned in schools. thomasmoresociety.org/case/m…

Matt asked us both tough but interesting questions. Despite recording at the disgusting hour of 8am (I’m not a morning person) I thoroughly enjoyed this.

When trans ideology is defeated it will be because Americans from very different backgrounds joined forces. Brandon Showalter figured this out early and has been one of the leaders connecting everyone.

This weekend the NYTimes published a less than complete piece on the Middlebury College trans activist suicide and well documented sports cheat, Sebastian "Lia" Smith. Gone was any mention of his effort last year to cancel a discussion at the college about trans activism masked as a defense against transphobia by declaring "no debate" when the college turned down his demand that the event be canceled.
"Publicly, Smith remained a strident voice for trans rights in her community until her death. In February, shortly after her name and photo were spread online, Smith sat on a “counter-panel” titled “Trans Healthcare is NOT a Debate!” to protest a talk on gender-affirming care that was sponsored by Middlebury’s conservative Alexander Hamilton Forum and included speakers Leor Sapir and Brianna Wu.
“There’s been a shift, and as much as trans athletes were disliked before, now it’s definitely coming back to the forefront again,”
He got pissed and a couple of months later killed himself when he didn't get his way in the locker room.
Gone too was any mention of Smith's earlier odd behavior, like when he cosplayed womanhood by showing a "baby bump" and published this photo online last year, or of his suicidal ideation that predated his transition.
Smith wasn't a trans victim; he was just another mentally ill sore loser.

Tanya Fir is the nicest person you'll ever meet. I watched her get accused by now senator Kristopher Wells, of all people, of causing kids to commit suicide, and she took it so graciously I lost it on him instead. None of the people crying about a swear word would last a day dealing with what she constantly puts up with, despite the fact that they call anyone that even breathes to the right of them racists, transphobes, and literal Nazis. If Doug Firby, the guy who happened to be next on the call list, can forgive and understand (link below), then so can all you assholes.
