How should managers respond, and what practical steps should they take? Hugh O’Keeffe is launching The Small Print, a free monthly session exploring the practical realities of workplace disability, accessibility and inclusion. The first session takes place on Thursday 15 October at 12:30pm, focusing on what to do when someone discloses a disability and you’re unsure of the next steps.
