Christian Zedig, en hÀngiven svensk fotbollssupporter och familjefar, reste till Köpenhamn för att uppleva den stora sextondelsfinalen mot Frankrike. Han skulle bara njuta av fotbollen, gemenskapen och den svenska landslagskÀnslan.
Han fick aldrig se matchen.
Innan avspark överfölls han brutalt av ett gÀng afrikaner. Attacken var sÄ oerhört vÄldsam att Christian fick lÀggas in pÄ intensiven och hans anhöriga underrÀttades direkt. Dansk polis har slÀppt bild pÄ en av gÀrningsmÀnnen i hopp om att identifiera honom.
Nu skriver hans fru pÄ Facebook att vÄrden inte kan göra mer. Att Christian lÀmnar efter sig smÄ barn som aldrig mer fÄr krama om sin Àlskade pappa.
En vanlig svensk pappa som bara ville se Sverige spela en VM-sextondelsfinal.
En familj som pÄ nÄgra minuter blev sönderslagen för alltid.
Vilken oerhörd, meningslös tragedi.

I tisdags misshandlades en 32-Ärig svensk man i Köpenhamn och fördes enligt dansk polis allvarlig skadad till sjukhus. Det sprids av anhöriga i sociala medier att mannen har avlidit och det dÀrmed kan klassas som mord men ingen rapportering i media? Borde vara rejÀlt nyhetsvÀrde.

The most underrated economy in the Western world right now is Sweden.
Iâm not being patriotic, Iâm looking at the numbers.
GDP growth forecast for 2026: 2.7%. Thatâs ahead of the US, the entire Euro area, UK, France, and Germany. Not by a little.
Government debt at 34.8% of GDP. The Euro area sits at 88.5%. The US is at 125%. We have fiscal room that most Western governments would kill for.
Budget deficit at -2.4%, the tightest in the peer group. France and the UK are running -5.5%. The US is at -7%. And Swedenâs deficit is partly Spring Budget expansion from a low-debt base, not structural weakness.
Inflation at 1.6%, below the Riksbankâs 2% target. Core ex-energy is around 1.1%. The Riksbank is paused at 1.75%, one of the lowest policy rates in the developed world.
I know the political conversation in Sweden often feels like everything is broken. Some things genuinely are.
And part of it is that media has a Sweden story it likes (crime gang rape!!!) and this doesnât fit it.
But the macroeconomic position? Itâs strong. Stronger than almost anyone in our peer group.
The uncomfortable question is what we actually do with that position. Because fiscal space only matters if someone uses it.
I would hit the gas, and let Sweden build and thrive.

Gripen on the same level as the F-35!
The reason the Gripen got so low scores in the valuation compared to the F-35 for Canada đšđŠ is because there was a risk-coefficient applied AFTER the scoring was done.
For the Gripen it meant that the score was almost on par with the F-35 BEFORE this risk-coefficient was applied.
Since the Gripen had not gone into full production when the scoring was done some years ago, the Canadians applied an extra risk detractor to the scores of the Gripen. Thus making it look like the Gripen got much worse score than the F-35.
I havenât seen this anywhere else. Got it from my sources.
This means that the Canadians now are valuing the Gripen much higher since the risk detractor should now be removed.

Your position that you will not maintain relations with WĆodzimierz Czarzasty, who was elected by a parliamentary majority representing the majority of Poles, is simply outrageous. The times when ambassadors dictated to Poles who should hold what office in Poland are over and will never return. We want good relations with the United States, but your representatives will not choose the authorities of the Republic of Poland for us.
I have never been a fan of WĆodzimierz Czarzasty, but in this matter, as a Member of Parliament, I stand firmly behind him. Your President first insulted Polish soldiers and then demands support for his dreams of receiving the Nobel Prize. The times when Nero, under threat of punishment, demanded recognition for his musical talents have been regarded as the beginning of the decline of the Roman Empire. From the Polish perspective, Donald Trumpâs efforts to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, while at the same time hanging a photograph of himself with the greatest criminal of our timesâPutinâare similar to Neroâs demands for awards and praise.
If you do not like the Polish authorities, please change your job. In Poland, Poles will democratically decide who holds the highest offices. Please come to terms with that. And please tell your President to apologize to Polish soldiers, and especially to the families of those of our heroes who fell while carrying out a NATO defense mission.
