@EasternRailway @drmsdah @drmhowrah @RailNf @drm_kir @gm_nfr @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw महोदय, आप सभी का ध्यान एक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण मांग की ओर आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूं। जोगबनी - कटिहार रेलखंड के लोग बीते 18 वर्षों से एक दैनिक गाड़ी कोलकाता के लिए मांग कर रहे है। वर्तमान में चल रही 13159/60 कोलकाता - जोगबनी एक्सप्रेस को वर्ष 2008 में तत्कालीन रेलमंत्री श्री लालू प्रसाद यादव जी के कार्यकाल के दौरान त्रैसाप्ताहिक गाड़ी के रूप में चालू किया गया था। समय के साथ इसके कोच संरचना में तो बदलाव हुए, लेकिन इसकी परिचालन अवधि नहीं बढ़ सकी। भारत - नेपाल बॉर्डर अवस्थित जोगबनी जंक्शन से शुरू होकर ये गाड़ी फारबिसगंज, अररिया कोर्ट, पूर्णिया, कटिहार, मालदा टाउन, न्यू फरक्का, रामपुरहाट, बोलपुर शांतिनिकेतन, बर्धमान, नैहाटी होते हुए कोलकाता तक जाती है। महोदय, यदि रूट देखे तो कटिहार जैसे बड़े जंक्शन से इस रूट की इकलौती गाड़ी है। हफ्ते में मात्र 3 दिन परिचालित होने से यात्रियों को काफी कष्ट होता है। लंबे समय से मांग है कि इसको दैनिक गाड़ी के रूप में परिचालित किया जाये। यदि कोई तकनीकी समस्या है इसे दैनिक करने पर तो कृपया यात्रियों को अन्य कोई विकल्प देवे। एक नई गाड़ी हफ्ते के बाकी 4 दिनों के लिए परिचालित करे। अथवा 13033/34 को overhaul कर इसे ही कटिहार से जोगबनी तक का विस्तार देने पर विचार करे। जिसमें शामिल है- 1)नए LHB कोच 2)कोच कंपोजीशन,समय सारणी व ठहराव में संशोधन! जब 13033/34 को विस्तार देंगे तो उसके स्थान पर 13011/12 मालदा कोर्ट - हावड़ा इंटरसिटी के समयसारणी में उचित संशोधन कर, कटिहार तक का विस्तार देने पर विचार करे। वर्तमान में मालदा से कई गाड़ियां है जो same day connectivity देती है, वही कटिहार से एक भी गाड़ी नहीं है। आपसे निवेदन है कि इसपर गंभीरता से विचार कर यात्री हित में उचित निर्णय लेने की कृपा करे।
