void shouting about arcade-vibe.app
It's a one prompt game generation challenge
It's a game !
it's a benchmark !
it's a place to game !
Choose a model, put in your prompt, get a game !
HMU if you want more credits or BYOK if you think I bite :)

non, mais il te bottera les fesses si tu le fait pas :D
funny how everyone was like "feature creep is a problem, focus on 1 thing !" 6 months ago
and now all you can hear is "boil the ocean"...
tbh I'm good with that, I've been doing it for as long as I code
but I have 1 question though
what happens when there is no water left ?

wild predictions
tsc-rs will be used for the plugin system so user ('s agents) can modify t3code on the fly (already doing it -ish on my slop fork ^^)
rust rewrite before 1.0 when it is feature complete enough
i wish i could literally hibernate through this period of the year...
AFK for the last week cause pain have kicked in, again
and to top it all of i badly cut my left thumb cooking yesterday cause of recurring spasm/cramps
MS flares are such fun times :')
I hope you'll excuse me if I'm not sharing much of them for a while though ^^
Replying to @DimitriGilbert @orcdev
to go a bit further, things are untested cause i know a grand total of fk all about CAD ^^'
here is a demo of the parametric share
slopcad.dbuild.dev/viewer#1d…
Replying to @orcdev
still arcade-vibe.app
but i'm finalising fuck-chat-control.eu which is a webRTC based e2e encrypted chat to which i just added group chat support (up to 8 rn)
and the main thing is slopcad.dbuild.dev, it's a parametric CAD app with full agent control (webMCP), an untested chat mode (BYOK), supposedly CFD+thermal+physics sim where you can share customisable models (form to control the params)
It started as a demo to someone to demonstrate autonomous agent work and most of the work was done through a single glm-5.3 convo that ran for 9 days burning 9B tokens with 607 agents spawned (I was expecting things to break before that, they did not X') )
Highschoolers are protesting for a few reasons, overcrowded classrooms, lack of teachers, school hours and condition (cold/hot, leaks, rodents...)on top of the lackluster university admission monstrosity we have nowadays (parcoursup)
All of that was already the case 30 years ago when I was in school and we were already mad about it (I was taking the bus at 6:30AM and was back home around 7:15PM for example)
one thing changed though, 30 years ago, I was told to be good in school and work hard so I could get a good job later in life, which was mostly true-ish* (mileage may vary). It is not the case today.
Those kids are arriving in a world where "work" as we knew it is going the way of the dodo.
You know as well as I do that 75%+ of knowledge jobs are f-ed within the next 5 years
The secondary economy many conservative hold as a stop to decline have been shedding jobs for the last 5 decades and the last remnant of human needs are being wiped by advances in robotics
I won't even mention resources extraction and agriculture that have lost 90% of their workforce over the last century, and still counting
Having talked with a few of them, ranging from 13 to 19, they are bloody fucking scared of the future, and not only for the work situation (immigration never even came up)
these protests are an expression of that fear and unwellbeing, saying that it is because of immigration is at best ill-informed...

i have only one link to give you
arcade-vibe.app :D
it is definitely obsolete now with the monster models we have, be it can still be good fun :)
Replying to @slopgremlin
fair enough ^^
still, that is some amount of code... I think AI has turned us into monsters !
Replying to @heyandras
while i have the same mind... i think LLMs and agents are going to help a heck of a whole lot here...
if maintenance is cut by orders of magnitude, just like dev, keeping a software running will become "trivial"*
yes yes yes, fine print, but... in the grand scheme of things, we were saying the same about completely AI coded software last year...
Replying to @slopgremlin
XD... i thought i had a big one
what in the world would need that much code ? XD
xitter.cf/DimitriGilbert/status/…
and now, i have all the base functionalities i want in slopcad :D
it's a bit ugly, very quirky and probably has tons of bugs
it is still an agent capable CAD software developped and deployed by glm 5.3 (and a bit of another one i tried recently :D but same ish level) in 20 days
it would have taken me years of restless work to achieve something close to this
here i sent a few prompts, answered a few questions and raged a bunch on and off over the last month and it's here...
Replying to @thdxr
my life is still depressing, but you haven't seen it before AI !
:D

i've had flaky glm for a few days now, i'd bet on a new release in november :D

^^'
I actually really think it is a common trait of most people being successful in using AI ...
Who's handicapped now, HAHA !
Replying to @martinrue
oooh, it took time ^^' and thanks :D
I still have moments, but i've been feeling mostly up through this year which is a nice change of pace i admit :)
Replying to @joncphillips
^^' haha and i bet you actually were focused on that, am i right ? XD
I doon't know if you can measure ADHD levels, but... mine shot up a 100 fold in the last year and a half ^^'
Replying to @martinrue
but i got used to that by now :) it's limiting but things could have been worse
autoimmune is rare without family precedents, but it is also a bitch to diagnose
i'd say that is the least bad of things air pollution can trigger though :/
best thing is to avoid physical activity on pollution peaks and try to get out of cities as much as possible to limit exposure... :)
Replying to @martinrue
i did nt know what it was then so i kept working for another year like a muppet... ngl, not fun times ^^'
ended up burning out in 2016 so i got back to France and i'm still there now
I'd love to get back on the road but unfortunately it's not as easy nor enjoyable as it was ...
Replying to @martinrue
yup... my first big MS flare got triggered by the 2015 haze in SG (according to my Neurologist ^^)
would have happened anyway but this made thing hurry a bunch...
worst part about air quality, is that it is problematic throughout SEA, nowhere is spared... countryside included...
