Today, upon my arrival from @MunSecConf , I faced another orchestrated assault from the Ivanishvili regime.
The reason is clear - our successful talks with international partners advocating for Georgia's sovereignty, territorial integrity and the European future. Our meetings in @MunSecConf directly contradicts Ivanishvili's plans as he wants Georgia forgotten and isolated from the international community.

Early this morning, former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, leader of the "For Georgia" party, was assaulted at Tbilisi International Airport upon his return from the Munich Security Conference. According to a statement released by his party, a pre-organized group of ruling Georgian Dream thugs confronted Gakharia and his associate, Elguja Khokrishvili, former Georgian Ambassador to Germany.
The statement alleges that the attack was orchestrated by Bidzina Ivanishvili, with police at the scene standing by and failing to intervene. "The hysterical and violent so-called government is becoming increasingly uncontrollable," the party declared.
"For Georgia" linked the attack to Ivanishvili’s reaction to developments at the Munich Security Conference, implying that the ruling party is alarmed by international pressure.
No official response has been issued yet by the ruling Georgian Dream party or law enforcement authorities.
