NEW: Multiple federal sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for using a sledgehammer to behead a WW2 Iwo Jima monument in Quantico, VA on Tuesday is a Mexican illegal alien & former DACA recipient whose legal status expired this year.
Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano has now been charged with felony destruction of property and trespass with intent to damage property.
Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.

Two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden.
The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force.
Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations. Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony.
Floris is also on record privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the FITF.

Double Shooting - 1 Fatal: #DetroitPolice 3rd Precinct is investigating a double shooting at Buchanan and 23rd that occurred early this morning at approximately 1:49 a.m. One victim was killed, and another was wounded.

A 911 caller reported two males shot and lying on the ground.
#DetroitFire Squad 4, #DetroitEMS Medic 7, and Hart Medic 54 were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers reported one victim was unresponsive, while the second had suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
Witnesses reported that two males fled the scene in a black Volkswagen Jetta. One of the suspects was reportedly wearing a green hoodie.
Hart Medic 54 pronounced one victim dead at the scene. The second victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
At 2:47 a.m., #DetroitPolice Evidence Technicians were dispatched to process the fatal shooting scene for homicide investigators.
Information gathered from dispatch audio and may change as additional details become available.
Shooting: #DetroitPolice 3rd Precinct to the 700 block of W Willis x 2nd on reports of a male shot in the street. #DetroitFire's Squad 2, Medic 50 also responding.
Dispatch audio suggests the victim might have been loaded into a white Ford Focus. Officers are checking hospitals in the area.

Flint Post troopers are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Vernon Twp, Shiawassee County on 10/21/26 about 10:15 p.m.
Preliminary investigation indicates the 40-year-old Durand man was alone in a 1992 Geo Tracker when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree on Prior Rd. near Reed Rd. The man sustained significant life-threatening injuries in the crash and later died.
No other injuries were reported. This incident remains under investigation.

11/19 - Sandusky Bay Station agents, in partnership with local, state and federal agencies, shut down an Asian massage parlor suspected of conducting an illicit sex trafficking business.
