BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation.
Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder.

He applied for deferred action, which was approved Sept. 21, 2022.
On Aug. 24, 2023, he applied for employment authorization. That request was rejected Sept. 25, 2023. My daughter works full time here in Florida.
Let me run her numbers.
State minimum wage is $14/hour. She’s making $15.
40 hours a week = $600/week
That’s about $2,600/month before taxes.
Florida has no state income tax, the thing they love to sell you on.
After federal and FICA, she takes home roughly $2,200.
Average one-bedroom in our area? About $1,600.
That’s 73% of her entire paycheck gone to rent before she eats a single meal.
That leaves her around $600 a month for:
groceries
gas
car insurance
health insurance
phone
emergencies
savings
Car insurance alone eats a huge chunk of that in this state.
She works 40 hours a week and still can’t save a dollar.
Not because she’s careless.
Because there’s nothing left to save.
I spent thirty years paying off a house here.
She’s doing the same thing I did at her age, working full time, and she can’t even afford a one-bedroom apartment.
That’s not a discipline problem.
That’s not avocado toast.
The floor moved and nobody lowered the ceiling.
Working full time should be enough to afford a roof over your head.
In Florida, it barely covers the rent on one.

The Constitution already says the Commander in Chief has to be a natural-born citizen. Makes sense. The person with the nuclear codes should not have a backup passport and a second allegiance.
Mace wants that same standard for Congress, federal judges, and Senate-confirmed officers. She named names: Ilhan Omar. Shri Thanedar. Pramila Jayapal. All born overseas. All sitting in the House. All acting like America is the problem.
