Argyle's Hayes Hackney and Julian Caldwell are out to strong starts that have them on pace to potentially break program records this fall.
They lead the No. 3-ranked Eagles' explosive offense into a key clash Friday against No. 8 Lucas Lovejoy.

One of the traditions that makes Argyle so special. 💙
The Senior Buddy Program is about more than a senior athlete or cheerleader being paired with one of our younger Eagles. It’s about connection, encouragement, leadership, and giving back to the next generation.
There’s something pretty special about watching our seniors take the time to pour into these young athletes and cheerleaders — becoming role models, creating memories, and showing them what it means to be part of the Argyle family.
Our seniors were once those little kids looking up to the athletes who came before them. Now, it’s their turn to lead the way.
Generations of Eagles. One community. One family. 💙🦅 @argylegridiron

Argyle has reached plenty of milestones in its storied football program's first 24 seasons, but the 25th starts Friday with two new ones.
The Eagles are set to play their first game at Argyle ISD Stadium against their first out-of-state foe.

Argyle's prolific passing game broke records last year, and after reloading at quarterback, the Eagles look poised to have another potent aerial attack this fall.
Hayes Hackney pilots a veteran offense paced by two P4 commit wide receivers.

Extended look at an outstanding start tonight by Jack Snakenberg (@JackSnakenberg) of @DTigerBaseball West National 17U Beavan/Killian. Picked up a big win in bracket play, allowing 0 ER on only 2 hits in 4.1 IP, while striking out 4. One of the best uncommitted LHP in Texas after DOMINATING for @Argyle_Baseball in their deep playoff run. Must see this summer!
