YOU TRADE THE CANDLES, THE PEOPLE MOVING PRICE TRADE THE ORDERS THAT HAVEN'T FILLED YET
One ratio reads the book.
I = (V_bid − V_ask) / (V_bid + V_ask)
It weighs resting size on both sides. Positive means buyers are stacked and sellers are thin. Negative means the floor under you is fake.
Strip the math away. A candle tells you what already happened. The book tells you what is about to.
Watch the middle of that map thin out. Liquidity always disappears right before the move everyone calls unexpected.
Minara dragged this off the trading floor. Type it in plain English, it writes the Python and hands you the backtest.

- rova - rova.xyz/?referral=8H9Y…
there are other sites, you just need to search
now let’s talk about how to actually get the job fast
having the right skill set and knowing where to apply is one part of the puzzle but getting the gig is another
step 2: practical steps to get a web3 job (secret)
-> cold DMs: this is the art of sending your proposal directly to your potential employer
when you find companies that are hiring, don’t stop at applying through the job boards
this is why many people never land a job, because they get many applications each day and sometimes really on bots to filter
-> Do this: search for the project on X, identify their teams members, follow them, join their discord (if any), start pitching yourself strategically
identify their problem and propose a solution you can provide
make it short, don’t write a wall of text, writing some catchy first few lines will ensure your dm doesn’t get ignored
your cold DMs should be focused on getting their attention to respond, you can do this by letting them know you understand what they need
points out the problem > then propose a solution
always aim for brief, short and concise writing
keep it as short as 3 paragraphs, this is the magic number that has proven to work best for me
step 3: POW - proof of work
build a professional resume for yourself, this will help you stand out and showcase your skills
use Canva or Claude to generate a good looking resume
convert your resume to a portfolio website using AI and add the link on your bio to make it easy for potential employers
your X profile is also your biggest POW, share what you’re doing, your work, clients testimonials, add them to your highlight
be your biggest shiller - close mouths don’t get feed
step 4: Mindset
landing a web3 job is a numbers game, the more you apply, the higher your chances of success
do quite after applying for a short period, some people takes days before checking their DMs
if you want to get results, you must be persistent, remember you’re not the only one
if you send only 10 cold DMs a day
x7 (one week) = 70
x30 (one month) = 300
it will be close to impossible to apply to 300 just and not receive feedbacks
good luck

Let give a little tips about a trade risk management for you guys. ✅
• Base trade:
Risk 0.5% of account, target 2R → Potential +1% on win.
• After a win (A+ setup):
Scale to risk 1%, target 3R → Potential +3% on win. Combined with prior +1% = +4% total from the sequence.
• After a loss (drawdown):
Stay at 0.5% risk / 2R until you’re back to breakeven or a defined recovery point. No aggressive recovery.
In summary: 💡
Always use a 0.5% to aim a 2R from the start, you will get a 1% if the trade hit a TP, no rush find another A+ setup and risk that 1% with a target 3R if you add the total, will get you a total 4%!
This is the one good side of a probability, what if the wrong side occurs?
You’ll stick with the 0.5% with the 2R until you get out from the Draw-down.
Does It Really Make Sense Overall?
Yes, with these caveats:
1. You must have a proven edge, Backtested or live-tracked setups. No strategy survives poor entries no matter the risk rules.
2. Maximum risk per trade stays low — 1% is still conservative. Never go higher.
3. Clear rules needed:
• What exactly qualifies as “A+ setup” or B+ setup for the 1% risk?
• Drawdown rules
• Journal every trade to validate the 2R/3R actually hit often.
Good luck! 😊🤝

BREAKING: Iran just launched “Hormuz Safe” - a maritime insurance platform for ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz.
An Iranian platform called “Hormuz Safe” has officially begun offering insurance services for maritime cargo passing through the Strait of Hormuz and payments are settled via Bitcoin.
Iran’s Economy Ministry has reportedly been working since April to put parts of Strait of Hormuz shipping operations under a new insurance based control system.
Officials involved in the project estimate that the initiative could eventually generate more than $10 billion in revenue for the country.

‼️🇬🇷 Greece is moving toward a total ban on anonymous accounts on social media. Every post, every reply, tied to a verified legal identity.
Greece's Digital Governance Minister Dimitris Papastergiou confirmed today that the plan is meant to fight "toxicity," "hoaxes," and "character assassinations."
Mister Papastergiou says modern "digital democracy" should be "inspired" by Ancient Greece, where citizens openly expressed their views.
He apparently forgot the parts of Ancient Greece involving secret ballots, ostracism shards, and pseudonymous political pamphlets. The Athenian Assembly invented anonymous voting precisely because public attribution is dangerous.
