Joyces photo was not doctored.
It was posted by Depher and James Anderson was replying to people in the thread.
Multiple sources have evidence of this which includes legal sources.
They secured the evidence before Anderson deleted the account.

This is a really common problem and gas installers that carryout repairs typically carry a hair dryer as part of their tool kit to dry boilers, PCBs and sensors out.

Depher wasn't being paid so moaned on twitter to AgeUK HQ
AgeUK contacted them to asked for evidence.
Evidence shows no national agreement & HQ not aware.
