A teacher would not have the relative experience to organise an office refit, funnel public money to trusts during academisation, secretly monitor teachers & remove the ability to strike.

Without these hoops we run the risk of teachers being able to use initiative or pass on experience other than prescribed government doctorine. Under the new strike law we hope to outlaw non-hoop jumping.
