Time moves fast. The games change, the servers go offline, and somehow even those long PG loading screens become memories.
We remember the late nights, the laughs, and the people we played with.
This is where we come together and make those memories possible again.

NBA 2k24 had the best gameplay of all time
the awful rep rewards and no events ruined the game
Been saying ts man invest in ourselves and let’s get them to do something right 1 voice can’t beat them we need all of us as a community to get them to truly understand that we mean what we say #SaveTheGame
As we progress and look forward to @NBA2K addressing the community’s #SaveTheGame movement. There’s something special about our community and certain developers picking up these older 2K games we love and giving them the care and support they deserve.
On this topic, we’ve spoken long ago on the design of older 2K’s being built on Realistic aspects of basketball to guarantee the player’s gameplay isn’t completely unrealistic but with an arcade-esque, non-archetype-specific gameplay experience that we’ve all unknowingly loved and was slowly watered down as we progressed from 2K15 -> 2K27. We’d love for this to be a 2K standard again. It’s near impossible to enforce uber realism & RNG whilst feeling rewarding in gameplay with a controller in a player’s hand. As players, we can mesh together different ideas of gameplay variations with different animations and mechanics in the game.
For some, they couldn’t put this idea of 2K they wanted into words and resulted to plainly saying they preferred an older 2K. We want you guys to comment your favorite 2K and let us know why you think it was so fun to play and your favorite aspect about it. We’ll be giving away $1,000 to commenters to endorse the fact that your feedback means everything. Leave your Cashapp Tag alongside your comment, speak your mind, and add #SaveTheGame.

Silent October 1st Patch:
NBA 2K27 pushed a silent shooting update on October 1 with no patch notes.
1. The hot-streak penalty got softer: when you are shooting above your expected percentage the game shrinks your green window on contested shots, and that shrink is now one eighth weaker in Rec, City, Ranked and Crew, which leaves you up to 38% more window deep into a hot streak.
2. The random release delay is off: online, a player at 80% or better from the field after 6 shots could get up to 2 frames of random delay on a release, and the trigger was moved to 110%, which nobody can reach. Deep threes from about 26.5 feet and out make a little more often, with a 95 three from 29.5 feet going from 23.9% to 24.6%. Mid-range got a buff in Ranked 3v3 and Crew, where a wide-open 85 mid-range went from 53.2% to 54.9%. Wide-open and open shots from range got a tiny bump too, about 0.2 points on a normal three.
Nothing changed for badges, takeovers, timing or the base green window. Visual 3D on builderlab.us is already updated to the new numbers.

I would love to spend a month with Ben Simmons. I would cancel everything I have on my schedule next month and move to Sacramento for bro. Real talk! I love helping others master The Art of Shooting.🎯 #LethalShooter
