It’s been a few hours, and both of our posts have been flooded with people saying this exact system is broken, which tells us a lot.
You also replied to @MyUsernamesThis’s post about inaccurate account linking bans a few days ago, only for someone on your team to later announce on the DevForum that the same system had unfairly banned players.
Can we lock in? I’m not against the platform and I’m willing to help.

We use multiple signals to determine whether accounts belong to the same person. Sharing an IP address or Wi-Fi network, at home, school, a library, or a mall, is not on its own a reason we would take action on an account.

This isn’t entirely true. Numerous users have reported permanent enforcement bans after being “linked” through shared networks, such as school, university, or home Wi-Fi.

We’re told to submit tickets and be patient, but nobody responds. When they finally do, we get a short, meaningless reply denying our appeals without explaining anything. Are real humans even reviewing our cases? Do we matter to Roblox, or only when we’re spending money?

Just got banned on roblox because of a AI ban wave. My account status was still at the Fair state so I don't know how AI decided to permanently ban me. I still have about 40K USD in my Group and now I can't access it. To anyone who sees this Post please repost it and upvote.

It’s honestly appalling how Roblox isn’t addressing the obvious enforcement ban that’s affecting thousands.
No email warning- nothing.
90% of the decisions to the appeals were automated.
Someone who recently went the arbitration route got a response, and was told by Roblox that they couldn’t even verify the two accounts were connected- and still remained banned (enforcement).
That is genuinely unfair.
