Airline workers should have the right to start unions. Today, over 80% of three of the four largest airline workforces have joined their unions. I am concerned by reports that Delta has engaged in union-busting behavior, denying their workers that right. I’m proud to stand in solidarity with @DeltaAFA Flight Attendants as they organize to form a union, and I call on Delta to adopt a neutrality agreement and negotiate with them in good faith.

Flight Attendants, and passengers who followed their instructions, have thwarted every terrorist attempt on a plane in the U.S. since September 11, 2001. Not a day goes by that we don't prepare for our role in aviation security as the last line of defense.

The PSP – designed and championed by AFA and unions across the aviation industry – created a first-of-its-kind workers-first relief plan from the government with the most strict requirements and oversight by Treasury. It provided true oversight and accountability for airlines.
