Day 7 #FNFLEJOG2022 complete and Team LEJOG are doing well but for a couple of aches and pains. Ascended Shap fell today @ 1400’ which was hard work but the descent on the other side was fun. Looking to Scotland tomorrow. Thanks England it’s been a blast.

Day 7 in the #FNFLEJOG2022 house, and we’ve arrived @SizerghCastleNT for lunch to refuel before we take on Shap fell once we leave Kendal, which will take us up to nearly 1500’ above sea level and is the longest & hardest climb on the ride @FNightingaleF @DMS_MilMed @Def_ADMN
