Construction of a new residential tower in RiNo is officially underway with One River North, designed by @madarchitects_ in collaboration with Denver's @DavisPartner. The project, which is slated for completion in late 2023, will feature]13,000 square feet of open-air spaces.

The Freyer-Newman Center designed by @DavisPartner uses wood like bamboo and douglas fir, inside and out, evoking a sense of warmth and familiarity. The new structure at the @denverbotanic provides more room for education programs and used inspiration from neighboring buildings.

We love the historic and modern architecture at @denverbotanic especially on Colorado's 145th birthday! When designing the Freyer-Newman building, @DavisPartner borrowed elements from the Boettcher Memorial Tropical Conservatory and the FLW-inspired Boettcher Memorial Center.

Inside the generous atrium of the new Freyer-Newman Center at the @denverbotanic, @DavisPartner designed two double-story branching steel columns that makes visitors feel as if they are inside a tree canopy. See more inside our current issue! Photo: Frank Ooms Photography

Golden-based SynergyMed has partnered with @DavisPartner and others to create the MC3-RR, a "Mobile Transportable Clean Cube for Rapid Response Applications." One is headed to NYC to operate adjacent to the USNS Comfort. Watch a video on its design at: bit.ly/3dWQY1T

Rising from the street like an enormous fun-house mirror, the new Prism Building gives new meaning to the phrase "eye-catching." This angular masterpiece by @DavisPartner has one message for people passing on the street: "Try not to look at me." More at: bit.ly/32DwG6U

We're throwing it back to this photo from our feature on @DavisPartner's RiNo office. Blurring the lines between organic and industrial, the space features sprawling pieces by Denver-based muralist Bobby MaGee Lopez and modern furnishings from @wr_colo.
