We learned about the public private partnership between the State of MD, Wicomico County, Piedmont, and UMES’s Aviation Maintenance Technician Program. This year-long program is an introduction to careers in aviation and credits earned can be applied to a four-year degree.

Wicomico Manufacturers: MD Manufacturing 4.0 offers grant funds to qualifying manufacturers. More information is below including a link to apply directly to Maryland Commerce.
Today we announced the launch of the Maryland Manufacturing 4.0 grant program, a new initiative that provides grants to small and mid-sized Maryland manufacturers to invest in advanced technologies to modernize their operations.
