Finally succumb to the hype and got sorted out with some @spatzwear kit. The Roadman 2 overshoes are outstanding. Dry and warm feet / lower legs at the end of a long winters ride. A snug fit, and easy to get on and off. #believethenype

A absolute delight racing on home soil today. The crowds and setup were mega. I appreciate how rare such moments are these days. @BritishCycling have been incredible this year. A fine end to the race season. #I’mback

Finally, a hot drink has made it's way upstairs with me. Plus no teaspoon required to stir it.

Really enjoyed recoding this podcast. Mental health is not a topic I often talk about. But I have learnt some important lessons during my career. This is definitely worth a listen itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/…

BASEZ base layer. Live to pre-order now on spatzwear.com. £74.99. High neck, dropped rear, thumb loops and super warm, wicking fabric. Somebody had to design the perfect winter base layer. We stepped up. We’re sick of shoddy kit. We’re doing it right. #basez #cycling – at Leeds, England
