Amazing day ont @runforall Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon. Happy wi' 3:56 on a hot and hilly day; 8 month ago I was in a neck brace being fed through a tube. Nowt you cart do after a chip butty carb load 💪 Pain progression is obvious in these phots 🤣 but support was unreal ❤️
