In 1898, SCOTUS reaffirmed that the 14th Amendment guarantees that anyone born in the US is a citizen.

My office secured a judgment against GigSmart, a temporary staffing company, that requires the company to pay restitution to its workers and convert them to employees, ensuring they receive the full range of employee benefits and protections.
