i'm begging you:
- go to tiktok
- search "this changed my life" or "I can't live without this"
- don't watch the videos. read the comments
- sort by newest not top
- the newest comments with "where do I buy this" are products trending RIGHT NOW
- the top comments are from 3 months ago. the product is already saturated
- the newest comments are 2-3 weeks before any spy tool picks it up
- screenshot 10 products from newest comments in 30 minutes
- list all 10 before the spy tool subscribers find out next month
- you have a 2-3 week head start on 400,000 operators who pay $67/month to find out what you found for free
- the free method is faster AND earlier
- the paid tool shows you what went viral last month. the comments show you what's going viral right now
- Print $15K/mo from a 30-minute scroll most people do anyway but don't monetize
1) why sort by newest?
- the top comments are from when the video first went viral. weeks or months ago
- every operator and every spy tool already found the product from the top comments
- the newest comments are from TODAY. fresh demand. the product is gaining momentum right now
- a product with new "where do I buy this" comments appearing daily is in its growth phase. not its peak. not its decline
- the growth phase is where you want to enter. not after the peak when everyone else is already selling it
2) what makes a good product from comments?
- 5+ "where do I buy this" comments across multiple videos on the same product
- the product is visible in use. not being promoted. organically appearing in the video
- a recipe video where 23 people ask about the silicone strainer on the counter = organic demand for a product nobody is advertising
- look for products in the BACKGROUND. not products being reviewed. the background products have zero promotional intent. the demand is pure
3) how fast do you need to move?
- from the moment you find it in newest comments you have 2-3 weeks before spy tools scrape it
- week 1-2: you're one of the first stores selling it. low competition. cheap CPMs
- week 3-4: spy tools send notifications. 400,000 operators start listing it. CPMs rise
- week 5+: the product is "saturated." the operators who found it from spy tools are now competing with each other. you've already scaled and moved to the next one
- the 2-week window is the entire advantage. newest comments give it to you. spy tools take it away
4) how do you test 10 products in a weekend?
- find them friday. list them friday night. launch ads saturday morning. $50 each
- monday: check conversion rate. under 2% = kill. over 2% = scale
- the hit rate is 1 winner per 12. testing 10 per weekend means a winner every 1-2 weeks
- the operators who test 2 per month find a winner every 6 months. the speed IS the strategy
Print $15K/mo from a 30-minute scroll most people do anyway but don't monetize
[ full system is in a 36-page playbook. comment "SCROLL" and I'll send it. must be following ]
(I built the AI tool that does the page part - paste any aliexpress link, full page in 60 seconds → link in bio)

YOU NEED TO BE REDDITMAXXING
the best hook you'll write this month is already sitting in a reddit thread from 2023 with 14 upvotes…
almost nobody in faceless youtube mines forums for script material, and the people who do have an unfair advantage that compounds every single video.
here's why the play works, and exactly how to run it properly.
a thread with 800 replies tells you a topic is on fire. people will argue about it for free, so you know the concept is worth a video before you make one.
a thread from 2023 sitting at 14 upvotes tells you the language is still untouched. nobody has been through it lifting sentences out, so the phrasings in there have never been used in a script.
the old way of running this was to make a video, upload it, and go off of the (little) data it gives you.
so you get the same insight without having to do anything yourself
where to look, depending on your niche:
> reddit. your default. find the 3 largest subreddits in your space, sort by top of all time, then sort by top of the year.
> quora. for the questions people are too embarrassed to ask a human.
> niche forums. where the real value sits, because nobody scrapes them. looksmax(.)org for anything appearance adjacent. bogleheads for personal finance. specialised boards exist for cars, fitness, medicine, military history, gaming, and nearly everything else. older, deeper, and untouched by other creators.
what you're extracting, specifically:
> exact phrasings. copy the sentences people use to describe the problem, verbatim, into a swipe file. these become hook lines with almost no editing.
> the questions nobody answered well. a highly upvoted question with mediocre answers is a video destined to perform, because demand is proven and supply is bad.
> the arguments in the comments. wherever the thread splits into 2 camps, you've found a contradiction hook. disagreement is pre-validated tension.
> the specific numbers people quote. forums are full of real figures from real situations. those are your specificity anchors.
> the emotional register. how frustrated are they, how embarrassed, how urgent. match the register in your script and the video feels like it was made for them, because it was.
the processing prompt:
paste 20 to 30 threads into claude and run:
"analyse these threads from [FORUM] about [TOPIC]. extract: the 10 most common specific problems described, the exact language used to describe each one (verbatim phrasings), the questions asked repeatedly that received weak answers, the points where commenters disagree, and any specific numbers or figures quoted. organise by frequency."
what comes back is a video topic list, a hook swipe file, and an audience vocabulary reference in a single output.
30 minutes of this beats a month of guessing what your niche cares about.
DM me "MINE" if you want the full research SOP i run before writing in a new niche

You can literally take any TikTok that got 4 million views, make the 12 minute version of it for YouTube, and get paid many times over for an idea somebody else already proved...
TikTok pays pennies per 1,000 views on short clips. A long YouTube video aimed at adults pays roughly $10-30 per 1,000
So 4 million people told a TikToker they care about a topic & he got lunch money for it
Take the same topic to YouTube, do it properly at 12 minutes, and 200k views at $20 is about $4,000. For an idea you didn't have to guess
TikTok is a free focus group. YouTube is where the invoice gets paid
How to run it:
1. Scroll TikTok for 30 minutes. Screenshot every video over 500k views on a topic with depth behind it. Money, history, health, scams, how something works
2. Take the TOPIC & leave the clip alone. Reposting his video gets you a strike. The subject is free
3. Read the comments. The questions people ask under a 60 second video are the sections of your 12 minute one
4. Search the topic on YouTube. If the long version doesn't exist or it's from 2019, go
5. Script it as a story. What everyone believes, what's actually going on, what it costs you
6. Title it the way the TikTok hooked. That line already beat a million other videos
Why almost nobody does this: the TikTok crowd thinks YouTube is too much work & the YouTube crowd thinks TikTok is for kids. They never look at each other's homework
You don't need to be clever or original. 4 million strangers already voted on the idea
(we build & run YouTube channels at Viral Bangers for businesses that already sell something. we find the proven ideas, write the scripts, edit, title & thumbnail every video, 10 in 90 days. DM me PLAN & i'll show you how we'd run yours)
