As part of NI’s push for “#LabVIEW everywhere” in the mid 90s, the development environment was ported to a wide variety of platforms, including several video game consoles.
These console versions were never officially released, though internal beta copies are rumored to exist.

I've just released a new open source #LabVIEW library called G-Unicode!
It has unicode replacements for string, file I/O, and user dialog VIs, plus unicode conversion, probes, QD shortcut constant editor, and lots of examples.

Except for the compiled object code, they should be the same across all platforms, endianness, and bitness. Data is normalized—e.g., extended floats are stored in a 128-bit format, the widest format supported on any platform (Sun Solaris).
