As part of the #DisabilityConfident project with @sendme2work (and I encourage all employers to look into) we had two visiting students from special needs Cambrian Wing College. Very bright and engaging too. Learning to overcome my own biases too. Looking for work exp or jobs.
A chance for both sides to learn and create a more innovative sector...
Director @GordonFong saw a promising future for Jason & George from @Cambian_Group College when they visited us as part of the @DisabilityConfident scheme.
Today, we will be attended the second of our gatherings as part of the Disability Confident employers pilot project, to learn how we can be more inclusive and accessible in our workplace and recruitment processes, to tap a wider talent pool. bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/2… @GordonFong

I worked with Matt at 4-Sight back in the 1990s and great to see him get the exposure here and story. There‘s a 4-Sight reunion in April and the numbers of businesses that were spun up from ex-staff is amazing. @matt_hammond talkthinkdo.com One of the nicest people in biz – at Blandford Forum, England

Who do you think smashed out the pretend soldering action, me or Phil Whitehurst the MD of @Actisense ? I visited their offices recently and they are certainly smashing business growth in the marine electronics sector. #DoingBusinessInPoole
