Again, without more info about exactly what the issue is it's hard to say - but I will note this recent VS Code bug that broke code actions/quick-fixes. Fix should be in the VS Code update (the editor, not Dart-Code extension) due any day.

It's difficult to say without more info, but it's likely that armed with enough info to implement such a workaround, it would just be easier to fix the real issue :-)
