No. Supreme Court is blind and compromised. They are more bothered about contempt of court than protecting the constitution. Shame on the CJI. – at Mumbai, India
Hello Supreme Court, can you not see all this?

Dear darling @dir_ed Are you an extended arm of @BJP4India for recruiting opposition members or harassing opposition parties under the able guidance of @narendramodi and @amitshah? Don't you think you are indulging in anti national acts? Just thinking.......🤔 – at Mumbai, India

In last 2 yrs, this BJP Govt added 20 new AQI monitoring stations at far greener & cleaner locations so that Average AQI of Delhi can be reduced mathematically. This is similar to GDP manipulation by Central Govt. Finally , main stream newspaper @htTweets exposes the AQI data fraud by Delhi Govt on Page 1 Probably, @TOIIndiaNews will learn something from it’s peers.

This is absolutely correct. We lost to the judiciary. Who let elections happen with 27 lakh voters awaiting adjudication. Who let 94 lakh voters be declared “Logical Discrepancy” without deciding its legality.
We lost the Bengal elections to the Supreme Court of India, not to BJP. BECAUSE WE TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH! - Shri @abhishekaitc This country deserves a cleaner judiciary, free from the clutches of @narendramodi & @AmitShah.

Govt's oil companies IOC, BPCL and HPCL reject Karnataka Govt's report about 31.2 % ethanol found in E20 petrol. 1. The oil companies have questioned 'testing methodology'. 2. They have also questioned the 'sampling methodology' What they haven't revealed: The state govt sent them the same samples first, which the oil companies tested but did NOT reveal ethanol percentage. This is why the Karnataka Govt sent the samples to independent labs. Both Shell and Nayara have not disputed the higher ethanol percentage claims. Make of it what you will! @cartoq cartoq.com/car-news/iocl-bpc…

The “Modi”fication of India was preceded by Modi”fixation” of India. An entire lobby of Capitalists, Bureaucrats, media houses and Politicians conspired together to launch the biggest democratic coup of India. It succeeded. The timing was such. @INCIndia was at its weakest. The Anna Hazare protest and fake scams like Coalgate and 2 G were propagandized. Then Modi came to power and two strategic decisions were taken - Use the majority Hindu rather than the minority and Use the Nation. Thus came the slogans of Mandir, Nationalism etc. A narrative was built to portray @RahulGandhi as Pappu and @INCIndia as anti India. Nehru was targeted and Patel and Bose were portrayed as if they were always BJP types. Two short strikes were conducted with politics and not terrorists in mind. That’s why a third Op Sindoor had to be conducted. The Modi govt then decided to control the institutions. They came up with “Deep selection” as a replacement for “seniority principle” policy to pick highest ranks in military. The brass became compliant. Anyone could be selected or rejected. The stick was wagged for the principled. Gen Bipin Rawat was awarded COAS and CDS without Competence and he broke all norms of compliance. The favourite bureaucrats were picked and placed in key positions including constitutional posts like ECI. They were given extensions and governorships. The carrot was hung for the ambitious. The judiciary needed to be taken. Justice Gogoi fell first. He got Rajya Sabha. Others capitulated too. Everyone has skeletons in his cupboard and most seek post retirement rewards. The media was taken simultaneously. NDTV was destroyed because it was not toeing the line- False charges as was proven later. Anyone opposing BJP was publicized as anti National. The siege is complete. India is a plutocracy. Politicians reward wealthy few and the wealthy provide money for elections. The executive is subservient and so is the judiciary. Modi,BJP, Ambani-Adani and Godi media are India. Congress, other oppositions,Secularists etc are conflated as anti India. The biggest tragedy ? Many people believe it.
Do you think the IAS and the judiciary are complicit in the Modanistan plan?

What's the problem if someone believes Chief Justice of India is incompetent and should resign? How is this contempt of the Court?

Supreme Court hears challenge to a Gujarat HC order that recently restored a ban on the preparation, sale and storage of non-vegetarian food around Somnath Temple Sr. Adv. Huzefa Ahmadi: 80% of this country is non vegetarian. Why are we getting so hypersensitive that the State is passing such orders. If someone is eating non veg food within closed precincts, what is the problem? Court: we need to maintain a balance. Ahmadi: permanent bans are strange. In Bijoe Immanuel it was said that our philosophy teaches tolerance. Our constitution teaches tolerance. Court: we won’t say anything. Ahmadi: you can’t force a dietary habit. Court: hopefully our judgement on article 25 will come soon. That will have a substantive bearing on this. Court (in jest): celebrate the festival of lights by having sweets. Leave veg or non veg aside Court dismisses the plea.

🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : Bombay High Court just DESTROYED Traitor Gyanesh's Form 6 trap🔥 (MUST Read & Share) Another defeat for Modi and Gyanesh⚡️ ECI Must Accept Form 8 For Voters' Change Of Address Even During SIR; Can't Ask Them To File Form 6 ECI deleted a family of six from the voter list for the crime of shifting house. The High Court has now ordered their names back. → A family of six in Goa's Santa Cruz constituency had been voting there since 1995. → Before SIR started, they moved to another address in the SAME constituency. → The BLO himself told them to fill Form 8, the form for voters who change address. They did. → Their forms were verified and sent to the officer. → But when the draft voter list came out, their names were gone. Deleted from the old address. Not added at the new one. → The officer then rejected their Form 8 and said: your voter IDs are deleted, apply again as NEW voters with Form 6. → The district officer and the state's Chief Electoral Officer both backed this. → The High Court has now rejected ECI's argument and ordered their names restored. → The court said SIR does NOT suspend the law. Form 8 must be accepted even during SIR. → It said deleting a voter without a hearing is "denial of the citizen's right to vote". → And the biggest line: if they had filled Form 6, they would be making a FALSE declaration that they were never voters before, and could face prosecution under Section 31 of the RP Act. Now connect the dots. This is the exact same game being played in Delhi. The Supreme Court already said shifted voters should use Form 8. Yet ECI's Delhi order on November 3 told shifted voters to use Form 6, with a promise of "no prosecution". Why would you need to promise "no prosecution" unless you knew the form makes people lie? Now a High Court has said it clearly: Form 6 for an old voter is a false declaration. Full stop. In Delhi alone, 31.59 lakh people have been deleted as "shifted". How many of them are being pushed into this same trap? Gyanesh Kumar ji, a High Court has now called your Form 6 route a false declaration. Will you stop it, or wait for another court? Modi ji, why does every voter in India need a court order just to stay a voter? 🔥🔥🔥

Addressed a press conference today and shared laboratory findings exposing excessive ethanol blending in petrol supplied across Karnataka. Tests conducted at NABL-accredited and ISO-certified laboratories found ethanol levels exceeding 20%, with certain IOCL and HPCL samples recording 31.2% and 30.5%, respectively. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri D.K. Shivakumar, we demand transparency from the Union Government, strict action against over-blending, compensation for affected consumers and mandatory disclosure of ethanol content at fuel stations. Consumers deserve quality fuel and transparency for every rupee they pay. #PressConference #Ethanol #E20
