Discovered another one today:
"/wait-what update the PR description so it makes sense to someone who hasn’t spent the last week inside this branch."
Been using /grill-with-docs by @mattpocockuk and realized that when a skill maintains a long-lived state file like CONTEXT.md, updates to the skill may require migrations to the state file too.
In my case I was on the latest version, but CONTEXT.md had been drifting for months.
Here's what we built at ETHGlobal New York 2026 hosted by @ethglobal:
🛣️ CommissionRoad – Permissionless monetization protocol for onchain apps
Check it out here: ethglobal.com/showcase/undef…
It is incredibly difficult to build novel onchain apps without external funding, unless one the following is true:
1) your product does not require smart contracts
2) you're bootstrapping the audit and infra costs
3) your users don't care about security
This quoted post is unavailable.
The only game in town if you want to build an dapp that lets users permissionlessly create and open positions in prediction markets.
Can't imagine how expensive the R&D phase has been. By comparison we took ~2 years and spent 7 figures on audits to ship Hyperdrive in 2025.
When markets run on open rails, more people can see the rules before they trade.
Trueo is built on Ethereum.
@Trueo_ brings prediction markets fully onchain, which makes rules, liquidity, and execution easier to inspect.
I really hope @Trueo_’s creator fee model becomes the norm for more protocols going forward.
A cool thing about User Created Markets is that projects or people can create prediction markets and capture the trading fees as a funding source in addition to the informational value of the market.
A project wants public sentiment on a particular governance proposal?
They can create a prediction market for it on @Trueo_ and use the fees they earn to fund audits or to develop new features.
Or someone like Vitalik or Cobie or Brain Armstrong, might not need the money, so instead they can create markets and direct the fees towards a cause they care about.
A freelance journalist can create a market for some headline question to see if it’s worth investigating, then use the fees from the market to fund their work.
The possibilities become endless when these markets are designed to scale from an idea to a legitimate contract to professional trading to fair and credible resolutions.
We spent the entirety of last year putting these pieces together in anticipation of this product.
Can’t wait to release it to yall.
No beta, shmeta.
Straight up public launch with uncapped opportunity.
Polymarket shutting down all their weather markets today couldn't be more bullish for the thesis that weather markets deserve a specialized trading terminal.
We applied to @ycombinator @speedrun and @alliance to build Windra and make it the best place to trade weather.

Replying to @CommissionRoadX
@CommissionRoadX is a protocol that lets you trustlessly monetize a dapp.
1. Mint your nft
2. Route txs through CR to specify your fee
3. Claim your nft's fees at any time
App revenue as a "yield bearing nft" is a better design for so many reasons.

Been building crypto apps since 2021 and I think the application layer is missing the monetization piece that made the application layers in web2 and mobile successful.
We need to make it easy for dapps to call existing protocols and take a fee w/out deploying custom contracts.

A common dynamic I observe with AI: it feels most impressive when you don’t know much about the subject, don’t care or don’t have a clear idea of what the you want.
This applies across design, code, legal, and more. If I don’t know code very well, every piece of code it writes feels very impressive.
Once you know what something should feel or look like, it becomes almost impossible to guide AI there. And you definitely can’t one-shot it.
Building a dapp in the prediction market space is about to get soo good.
There's so much greenfield for dapps that combine useful web2 apis, signals, and insights with the ability to create markets and open positions completely onchain.
Excited for what @trueo_ is doing
In the coming weeks and months, our AI strategy for @trueo_ will come to full fruition.
We spent the entirety of last year developing fully-onchain prediction market infrastructure.
It was painful. It was hard.
No one else was developing these onchain elements. They were busy forking Polymarket and building centralized matching engines.
We were exploring uncharted territory, alone.
Build onchain is difficult.
Audits, custom tooling, data rendering.
These constraints are unique to onchain protocols, especially when building novel products.
Now we’re finally in a place where we can augment all of our onchain components with fast iterating AI systems.
With AI, we can ride the wave of innovation that’s subsidized by trillions in investments.
Just today, there are sophisticated open source AI tools that enable products which couldn’t exist a year ago. Heck, not even six months ago.
Tools that we can benefit directly from to enhance our products.
This is an immense tailwind.
And the amazing part is that we can iterate and improve these integrations at break neck speed.
Because unlike onchain infrastructure, our AI products operate from a layer above, unbound by the same constraints.
In a couple months, users will notice new AI integrations in nearly every component of our app.
But there are two that I’ve been specifically promising for a while now which will represent major milestones for Trueo:
1) AI assisted permissionless market creation
2) AI automated liquidity
The first is production ready and will go live soon, the second will follow closely.
It’s worth highlighting that these things will have been built completely out in the open, in plain view of community.
No hype, but a lot of lessons learned.
Differentiation matters.
Soon. Only on @trueo_.
It's hard to build a product on existing contracts without shipping more contracts.
Most protocols don't have any sort of fee sharing/monetization to incentivize people to build on them.
We need a universal affiliate program for smart contracts so this can be self-serve.
People take this as bearish. 15! Is basically infinity. On chain contracts are supposed to be bullet proof legos. We don’t need a million devs with a million contracts. We need a small set of contracts that are immutable and bug free that can be composed into infinite number of products.
So the pitch to the millions of rust devs isn’t to write a whole bunch of code to maintain, but to help optimize the set of primitives that all of future finance can be built on.
Codex for frontend development is trash rn because playwright MCP for iterating on UI is 10x worse DX and a total hack vs how Claude Code + Claude in Chrome extension work together.
Need Codex to catch up as ASAP as possible.
