Death: It's part of life.
Bankruptcy: You can make it back.
Shame: Everyone will forget.
Rejection: It happens to everyone.
Failure: It's part of growth.
Judgment: They'll judge you anyway.
Losing people: Not all are meant to stay.

I’m a retired brain surgeon and I wanna tell you why you feel like life is passing by. I just need one minute to explain this to you so hang in there.
Repetitive daily routines stop the brain from recording clear detailed memories. When every day looks the same, your brain does not track time the same as a clock does. It tracks change. If nothing new happens then days, months, and years start to blur together.
This is know as Time compression. When life lacks variety, your brain compresses past days together, making it feel like time is sped up.
To stop feeling like life is passing you by, add new experiences to your life. Break routine habits, like changing your daily home routine, taking a different route to work, or trying a new hobby.
Schedule small trips or plan new adventures so your days do not blend together.
Practice mindfulness by staying fully focused on what you are doing right now and not trying to race off to the next task.
Keep a journal and write down happy memories or memorable parts of the day before you go to sleep.
Take deep, calm breaths when you feel anxious or rushed to return your focus to the moment.
You can and you will retrain your brain to not feel like life is passing you by by following these few simple measures.

In the long run, real edge is often as simple as this: buy an exceptional compounding business, watch everyone else rotate in and out on every narrative swing, and just keep holding while your cost basis looks better year after year.

Cardio is a scam for fat loss.
It's boring, leads to overeating, and barely burns any calories.
Summer 2026 is almost over.
Here are 9 cheat codes that actually burns fat:
1. Don't eat breakfast

Vietnam road tragedy: 3 dead
Two cars collided, and the drivers stopped in the middle of the road to see what had happened.
Meanwhile, other vehicles were speeding from behind… and couldn’t brake in time.

Kunal, 18, bought an iPhone on EMI, struggled to pay them, told his parents to pay the EMI, and they said they couldn't afford it. An argument followed.
Raja beta got angry and went to a steep cliff edge on Khavdya Hill, threatening to end his life. Police, parents, and locals spent nearly three hours trying to persuade him to step back.
When his father moved closer to pull him away from the edge, he held his hand, and both lost their balance and plunged into the gorge. Witnessing her husband and son fall, the distraught mother also jumped immediately.
All three died.

🇮🇳 19-year-old Kunal Chandgude was so distraught after an argument with his family he jumped from Khavdya Hill, India, into a quarry
His father tried to grab him, but was pulled over the edge with him when he fell
His mother was so shocked she jumped to her death seconds later
Such a waste of three lives, absolutely heartbreaking 💔

I like companies that can turn revenue growth into higher FCF growth, and can turn FCF growth into higher FCF/share growth. That's the beauty of margin expansion, buybacks and multiple contraction.
Here's a list of companies that can do just that.

Humanoids are coming and there are three public options now.
We have Unitree (688836) now public at $53B.
-> 2025 revenue ~$250M (humanoids were half of that).
-> 2025 humanoid shipments ~ 5,500.
-> ASPs ~$24k
-> Production already demonstrated in the multi-thousand unit annual output range.
Nomura has already initiated a 25x (yes...25x) 2027 P/S multiple for Unitree.
We have $CCXI (Agility) expected to go public at $2.5B pre-money.
-> Trailing annual revenue ~$37M
-> Cash burn ~$100M
-> 150 units but 65,000 real world hours
-> ~$125k BOM with a path to $30k long0term
-> $300M multi-year contracted order.
And we have Optimus / $TSLA at $1.3T (Optimus obviously a small pie in the current Tesla business).
-> Targeted 5,000 units in 2025 but missed badly.
-> Build cost ~$50-100k with long term targets ~$30k.
-> Actual output remains low as of H2 2026.
Best option for now imo is to see what happens to the whole robotics sector after one of the most heavily oversubscribed IPOs.
Remember what happened to the whole space theme after $SPCX IPO'd.
Humanoids are the future...but that doesn't mean buying a 200x (trailing) sales hardware play is the right move today.
Also remember owning the humanoid trend doesn't have to mean owning the pure humanoids right away.
-> $RRX: Actuators & bearings
-> $RBC: Actuators & bearings
-> $VPG: Torque sensors
-> $OUST: Sensing & perception
-> $INDI: Vision processing
-> Harmonic Drive (6324): Precision strain-wave gear reducers
