โA young Michigan voterโ who just happens to be a former Josh Hawley employee and the son of a prominent GOP strategist.
The lies continue from the right.
Abdul El-Sayed lashes out at Tommy, a young Michigan voter for asking him to disavow the Muslim Brotherhood, a Muslim terrorist organization that his family has ties to, prompting @AOC to say that anyone who asks him about the matter is racist. The encounter comes just eleven days after he refused to criticize Al-Qaeda, Hamas or Hezbollah during a @FoxNews interview.

Most people in France can't afford housing.
They didn't blame immigrants, or transgender people, or video games, or avocado toast.
They blame the government. Because that's who's responsible. That's always who's responsible.

๐จ HELEN ZILLE HAS JUST GIVEN SOUTH AFRICAN POLITICIANS A MASTERCLASS IN CAMPAIGNING! ๐ฅ
Whether she takes over Joburg or not, she will go down in history as someone who reminded politicians what campaigning is supposed to look like.
At 75, this woman is swimming, spinning, rowing and doing stunts that have some of our younger politicians looking like they need a medical certificate just to attend a rally! ๐ญ๐
I have honestly never seen a 75-year-old politician with this much energy. Even Trump would have to sit down and ask for a glass of water after some of these campaign activities!
But jokes aside, big up to @helenzille and her team. They brought energy, creativity, humour and entertainment into politics.
They understood that campaigning in 2026 is not just about standing behind a microphone, insulting opponents and repeating the same promises every five years.
You have to capture people's attention, make them talk, create memorable moments and get your message out there.
She has turned campaigning into a full-time fun fitness challenge! ๐ญAnd the funniest part? AI is free! Every party can use it to create innovative adverts, funny videos and creative campaigns.
Yet some politicians are still campaigning as if social media was invented yesterday.
Whether you support the DA or not, you have to give credit where it's due. Zille and her team have raised the bar, and every political party should be taking notes.
Winning Johannesburg is one thing. Teaching an entire generation how to campaign is another.
You can hate her politics, but you know and saying the truth and u cannot pretend you haven't noticed her campaign.๐๐ฝ๐

This is huge news from Brazil. The courts have recognized Meta's nefarious efforts to suppress PT content and accelerate Bolsonaro's own, and ruled in Lula's favor with immediate effect: a model of algorithmic accountability to be applied anywhere.

Itโs beyond sad. Itโs beyond disappointing; at this point, itโs disqualifying for anyone with ambitions for higher office as a Democrat, or a Republican, for that matter, to be fighting to keep billionaires from being taxed while kids donโt have health insurance and the cost of living goes sky-high.
These billionaires are also the ones hellbent on replacing entire workforces with the AI they are developing with our tax dollars (watch the โMuskโ doc). We are also living through the largest wealth gap in modern history. At this point, the only way to balance out the economic forces that have bought our politicians and keep rigging the game against working people is through taxes.
Letโs hope Gavin gets some sense and walks this back. Itโs crazy that this is what he chooses to spend his political capital, and part of his legacy, doing. He vetoed the bill that would have put a โkill switchโ on AI for our protection. He vetoed a bill that would have gotten forever chemicals out of cookware. Time and time again, he goes with corporate interests over the well-being of the people, even after his own bipartisan legislature votes for something.
And here we go again.
Gavin, we arenโt looking for the Democratic version of Trump. That was a good goof. Please try something else. Itโs tired.
The people need a champion, man. A real, bona fide champion who isnโt just tough in tweets or press conferences, but tough when it comes to the real imbalances people are struggling with every day: billionaires vs. people and the planet.

I can save them some money. Applications are low because the "white genocide" is fictional.

Itโs bad enough when they tell immigrants to show โgratitudeโ but now theyโre telling a man born in America he should show โgratitudeโ - what, because heโs a Muslim?
Also, it wasnโt El-Sayed who wrote a book complaining about his community and upbringing, it was Vance.
