France is descending into chaos because they wanted OPEN BORDERS — just like the socialist Democrats in America. What we are witnessing is a chilling warning for all Americans of what happens if the radical Marxist insurgent left gets their way. America is not merely in a battle of political ideologies — it’s a battle for the preservation of our civilization, our freedoms, and our way of life. If Democrats take back control, it will be open borders and criminal illegals overrunning our country, many of whom want to destroy it. We are fighting to SAVE our nation!
NEW: Video & photos provided to @FoxNews via @GraceCarnathan, who is in Paris right now, give a look at the ongoing riots there, with fires burning in multiple areas of the city. One mob shown with Soviet Union & pro-Communist flags.

The evidence goes back even further, to 1208 BC. xitter.cf/cunninghamjeff/status/…
Who was first? Palestinians or Jews? The answer is not 'either or'. In the Egyptian Museum in Cairo stands a slab of black granite carved around 1208 BCE. Its hieroglyphs celebrate the victories of the pharaoh Mernepta: “Israel is laid waste; his seed is not.” The display makes no mention that more than three thousand years ago, an Egyptian king who knew nothing of the Hebrew Bible recorded that a people called Israel was living in Canaan. The modern pro-Islamist claim that Jews are latecomers is historically false. Numerous ancient records refute it. Around 840 BCE, King Mesha of Moab carved a stone boasting of his war against Israel and naming the Israelite king, Omri. A ninth-century BCE inscription found at Tel Dan refers to the “House of David.” In 701 BCE, the Assyrian king Sennacherib recorded his siege of “Hezekiah the Judean” in Jerusalem. These records are written by people with every reason to ignore Israel, that confirm that an Israelite and Judean people lived in the hills of Canaan for centuries before Rome existed. The second claim is that Palestinians are an ancient people of the region, even older than Israel. This also fails. The word Palestine is truly old, but it never referred to the people who carry that name today. Herodotus used Palaistinē in the fifth century BCE, and it comes from the Philistines, a seafaring people who arrived on the southern coast around 1200 BCE. A 2019 study of ancient DNA from Ashkelon, published in Science Advances, found that the Philistines brought European-related ancestry with them, and that within two centuries it had been absorbed into the local population. The Philistines disappeared after Babylon destroyed their cities around 604 BCE. Rome revived their name in about 135 CE, after crushing the Bar Kokhba revolt, and renamed the province of Judea as Syria Palaestina. The Arab armies came in the 630s CE, some 1,800 years after Merneptah’s scribe carved the word Israel. They brought new rulers, a language, and a religion, and over the centuries most of the population adopted all three. What we call the distinctly Palestinian national identity arrived much later. The Palestinian historian Rashid Khalidi, no friend of Zionism, dates its emergence in his book Palestinian Identity to the late Ottoman period and the early twentieth century. Under the British Mandate, “Palestine” was attached to any group that lived in the region, including Christians, Muslims, and Jews, that the country’s leading English-language Jewish newspaper was called the Palestine Post. It became the Jerusalem Post in 1950. Modern genetic studies show that both Jews and Levantine Arabs, including Palestinians, carry substantial similar ancestry from ancient populations. But historically, the Jewish people have an independently documented presence in that land going back more than three thousand years. Palestinians are, in large part, Arab descendants of the land’s long-term inhabitants, but their national identity is about a century old. As to the claim of who lived in the land first, between Jews and Palestinians, the answer is not close. Anyone who stands on a campus and calls the Jews of Israel foreign colonizers in their ancestral home is arguing with a granite slab in Cairo that names a Judean king in Jerusalem nearly 1,300 years before Muhammad was born. Stones never lie.

Armchair skeptic: “Here, sitting in my armchair, I don’t see how the Jews can claim to be the indigenous people of Israel.” Archaeologist: “Well, why don’t we do some digging over there and have a look?”
Incredible find! A Jewish person living in Egypt around 475 BCE wrote about Passover on a piece of pottery. The inscription, written in Imperial Aramaic, is now housed in the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. It was discovered on the island of Elephantine in Egypt, home to a Jewish community during the Persian period. In paraphrase, the letter conveys a message along these lines: “To Hoshaya. Greetings! Take care of the children until Ahutab arrives. If the flour has already been ground, prepare a small amount of dough until their mother returns. Let me know when you will celebrate Passover, and tell me how the baby is doing.” Although brief, this inscription contains one of the oldest surviving non-biblical references to the festival of Passover, demonstrating that Jews were celebrating it nearly 2,500 years ago. Consider the historical context. It was written approximately 700 years after the Exodus from Egypt (according to the traditional biblical chronology), about 110 years after the destruction of the First Temple, and roughly 60 years after the return to Zion from the Babylonian exile. The Nation of Israel Lives

Wisconsin's election bosses just told 1,800 clerks they are not allowed to check whether voters are American citizens. They did it eighteen days before an election. The Wisconsin Elections Commission voted unanimously to bar every municipal clerk from using SAVE, the federal citizenship database. The Supreme Court cleared the way for it on September 25. Wisconsin got the green light and slammed on the brakes anyway. Their excuse is a state privacy law. Their backup plan is even better. According to their own FAQ, what stops a noncitizen from voting is that he swears he's a citizen and might get prosecuted if somebody ever catches him. That's the whole firewall. Then it gets worse. The same commission's guidance says ICE, DHS, and FBI agents who show up at the polls get treated like any other observer. If a federal agency is spotted in the parking lot and isn't taking a lawful action, clerks are told to call local police to find out why it's there. So the feds get the third degree, and the voter rolls get the honor system. Wisconsin's Democrat primary for governor in August was decided by fewer than 4,000 votes. Tell me again this doesn't matter. If Madison won't verify citizenship, Congress needs to pass the SAVE America Act and do it for them.

The divide is no longer merely political. The left and right are becoming rival civilizations, with different gods, truths, moral codes, and visions of what a human being is. At some point, a shared country cannot survive two incompatible realities.
NEW BORN INFANTS CAN BE TERMINATED (INFANTICIDE) AFTER A LIVE BIRTH IN MINNESOTA MN Governor Tim Walz signing to REPEAL the Minnesota “Born Alive Infants Protection Act.” Now a botched abortion (an infant born alive after a botched abortion) or a healthy new born infant, Can Now Be LEGALLY TERMINATED after a live birth. Looking at the comments it is so obvious what the information warfare line of operation is for the midterms: bash Trump for not doing enough/not doing what he promised. Use the right to take him down, just like they used Fox news in 2020 to call Arizona for Biden with less than half the vote counted. Regardless of anything Trump has done or not done, failure to vote in the midterms only serves those who want him & anyone who ever supported him to be buried. If you want the “open borders” cult back, good luck to you.
If you say you support ICE and you do not vote in the midterms, don’t complain when ICE agents are hunted down & persecuted for doing their job. That is what is coming if “Defund the police/F**K ICE” crowd ever get back into power.

U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken has temporarily blocked the deportation of Oscar Bergal, a Dominican national who was shot by an ICE officer during an enforcement operation. Bergal is in the country illegally and rammed his car into ICE agents with his 5 year old child in the car. He has a prior grand larceny conviction. He also has alleged ties to the Trinitarios gang. These judges need to start being impeached.

🤔THINK ... WE JUST CLOSED THE DOOR IN IRAQ WHILE WE ARE STILL AT "WAR WITH IRAN" 👉For twenty years, the United States had a side door in Iraq. The 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force let any president order strikes, deploy forces, and maintain a military presence in Iraq without going back to Congress for new authority. Would you close that door in IRAQ and withdraw all troops if the Operation was still running?
🚨TIMELINES, PATTERNS, "FOLLOW THE PEN" & THE END OF "OPERATION INHERENT FREEDOM" THE WAR IN IRAQ INHERENT FREEDOM = freedom you possess because you are a human being, not because somebody granted you permission. On October 10, 2025, I wrote a post about the Senate unanimously voting to repeal the 1991 and 2002 Iraq war authorizations. I said: "Congress moving to repeal the 1991/2002 Iraq AUMFs isn't housekeeping it's closing a 20-year side door. No more 'because 2002.' Every strike now needs a clean authority and dated receipts." I said: "That shifts power from kinetic shortcuts to lawful rails: sanctions, seizures, indictments, asset denial over occupation." I said: "It also re-frames Iraq as partner, not default launchpad." I said: "Watch the paper, not the noise. Timeline never lies." Today is September 30, 2026. Twelve months later. The United States military completed its withdrawal from Iraq this morning. The last American troops left Erbil Air Base. Operation Inherent Resolve the 12-year mission to fight the Islamic State is over. It is the second time the United States has withdrawn all of its military forces from Iraq. Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi said eight words that tell you everything: "US forces will be out of Iraq, while US companies will be inside Iraq." Military out. Companies in. On the same day the same day the last American soldier left Iraq, OFAC designated 10 individuals and entities across five countries for helping Iran's Ministry of Defense procure weapons and military components. Operation Economic Outcast. China, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey. The financial enforcement didn't pause for the military withdrawal. It accelerated through it. The kinetic tool was packed up at Erbil this morning. The financial tool was deployed from Treasury this morning. Same adversary. Same day. Different instrument. That's the transition. That's what the AUMF repeal was building toward. That's what "lawful rails" means. For twenty years, the United States had a side door in Iraq. The 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force let any president order strikes, deploy forces, and maintain a military presence in Iraq without going back to Congress for new authority. "Because 2002" was the legal shortcut. It didn't matter what the mission was counterterrorism, counter-ISIS, force protection, regional stability the 2002 AUMF covered it. The Senate voted unanimously to close that door. The repeal said: no more shortcuts. If you want to use military force, you need current authority with current receipts. Every strike needs a dated authorization. Every deployment needs a legal basis that wasn't written before the soldiers deploying were born. That didn't end American power in Iraq. It changed the instrument. It shifted the weight from the kinetic rail to the financial rail. From occupation to partnership. From boots to contracts. From "because 2002" to "because OFAC." Follow the pen. 👉The pen signed the AUMF repeal. 👉The pen signed the Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act mandatory sanctions, signed September 18. 👉The pen signed the NSPM authorizing private companies to conduct offensive cyber operations. 👉The pen signed Executive Order 14420 declaring a national emergency on bulk-power system security. 👉The pen published six parallel NPRMs building the Glass Rails stablecoin architecture. 👉The pen issued GL 131J the tenth consecutive Lukoil extension with a revocation warning embedded. Every one of those is a legal instrument. Every one reshapes power. Every one was signed while the world watched the troops, the summits, and the missiles. The troops left Iraq today. The pen was working before they packed, while they packed, and after they left. The pen doesn't need boots on the ground. The pen needs a Federal Register notice and an OFAC designation and a FinCEN Section 311 proposed rule. The pen needs a banking system that screens every transaction, an exchange that freezes wallets on the same day Treasury designates them, and a private sector that enforces compliance faster than the government asks. Here's what replaced the military presence. Not in theory. In practice. This month. Treasury designated Russia's VTB Bank for Iranian sanctions evasion through the Iran door, not the Russia door. Same bank. Different charge. Different legal authority. No soldiers required. FinCEN proposed severing an Egyptian state bank from the dollar system for $1.8 billion in Iranian shadow banking. Section 311. No soldiers required. The FBI captured Hamas's fundraising website, turned it into a collection platform, and compiled a donor list of thousands of individuals. No soldiers required. Binance cut off 16 platforms with zero lag after OFAC designated them. Private sector enforcement. No soldiers required. Tether froze $5 billion across 2,800 law enforcement cases globally. One company. No soldiers required. The United States designated the entire Iranian digital asset sector as a class. Sectoral sanctions. No soldiers required. A detective in Galway, Ireland, froze a drug dealer's crypto wallet alongside his amphetamines and cash. No soldiers. No AUMF. No authorization. A local cop with a warrant. The 2002 AUMF was written when the instrument of American power was a soldier with a rifle standing in Fallujah. The 2026 instrument of American power is a Treasury designation that severs a bank from the dollar, a FinCEN exchange that briefs financial institutions on where to look, a private company that freezes half a billion dollars a month in cooperation with law enforcement, and a mandatory sanctions statute that constrains even the president who signed it. The pen replaced the rifle. The financial rail replaced the kinetic rail. The transition happened on schedule, over twelve months, in plain sight, documented in the Federal Register every step of the way. I wrote "watch the paper, not the noise" on October 10, 2025. Today the last soldier left Iraq and OFAC designated 10 targets across five countries. The paper was right. The timeline was right. The transition is complete. Follow the pen. Timelines. Patterns. The general's words, not mine. All I did was read the receipts. I am the guy on the couch, and you have been debriefed.
