30 साल में हम लोगों ने अपनी पूरी ऊर्जा केवल राजनीति जीतने में लगा दी. हमारे पास केवल नेता हैं जो CM PM MP बनना चाहते हैं. लेकिन मीडिया और न्यायपालिका में हमारा ना के बराबर प्रतिनिधित्व है.

फार्म-7 में जानबूझकर झूठा कथन या मिथ्या घोषणा करने पर एक वर्ष तक के कारावास अथवा जुर्माने या दोनों से दंडित करने का प्रावधान
लखनऊ, 17 अक्टूबर, 2026
प्रदेश के समस्त जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों एवं निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों को फार्म-7 के माध्यम से दाखिल किए जाने वाले आवेदनों के संबंध में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा-31 के अनुसार मतदाता सूची की तैयारी, पुनरीक्षण अथवा शुद्धि या किसी प्रविष्टि को मतदाता सूची में शामिल करने अथवा हटाने के संबंध में जानबूझकर मिथ्या कथन या घोषणा लिखित रूप में करना दंडनीय अपराध है। इसके लिए दोषी व्यक्ति को एक वर्ष तक के कारावास अथवा जुर्माने या दोनों से दंडित किए जाने का प्रावधान है।
फार्म-7 में भी आवेदक से इस संबंध में निर्धारित घोषणा प्राप्त की जाती है। यदि निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी की जांच में फार्म-7 के माध्यम से की गई आपत्ति मिथ्या पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित आवेदक के विरुद्ध लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा-31 के अंतर्गत नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दिनांक 09 अक्टूबर, 2026 के निर्देशों के क्रम में सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि फार्म-7 के माध्यम से प्राप्त आपत्तियों की जाँच एवं निस्तारण नियमानुसार किया जाए तथा मिथ्या या मनगढ़ंत आपत्ति पाए जाने पर विधिक प्रावधानों के अनुरूप कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।
यह भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि इन विधिक प्रावधानों एवं आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का प्रिंट मीडिया, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया, सोशल मीडिया तथा अन्य माध्यमों से व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाए, ताकि आमजन को फार्म-7 दाखिल करते समय सही एवं तथ्यपरक जानकारी देने तथा मिथ्या घोषणा करने के विधिक परिणामों के प्रति जागरूक किया जा सके।

கவியரசு பற்றி வில்லங்கமான புகார்கள் வரவே, அமித்ஷா மத்திய அரசு ஏஜென்சிகள் மூலம் கவி யரசுவை கண்காணித்தார். அவரது டெல்லி வீடு ரெய்டுக்குள்ளாக்கப் பட்டது. அதில் நிறைய வி.ஐ.பிக்களின் ‘ஹனிடிராப்’ வீடியோக்கள் சிக்கியது. இந்த கோடம்பாக்கம் பார்ட்டிகளுக்கு தூர்தர்ஷனில் கோடிக்கணக்கான ரூபாய் வருமானம் முருகனால் ஏற்பாடு செய்து தரப்பட்டது. அமித்ஷா, முருகனைக் கூப்பிட்டு, "நீங்கள் ஆயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் சொத்து சேர்த்தது எப்படி?, கோடம் பாக்கம் பார்ட்டிகளுக்கு கோடிக்கணக்கில் பணம் கொடுத்தது எப்படி?, கவியரசு வில்லங்கமான வீடியோக்களை வைத்திருக் கிறார்... அது வெளியானால் இந்திய அரசியலில் பெரும் புயலை உருவாக்கும், ஆகவே கவியரசுவை கழட்டி விடுங்கள்'”என்றார். கவியரசு ஆஸ்திரேலியாவுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டார்.
முருகனுக்கு எதிராக ராம்மாதவ், அமித்ஷா ஆகியோர் கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்க, இந்தச்சூழலில் மறுபடியும் முருகனின் நெருங்கிய கோடம்பாக்கம் பார்ட்டிகள் சொன்னதன் அடிப்படையில் கவியரசுவை ஜனவரி மாதம் நடந்த ரெய்டு சம்பவத்தையும் மீறி, தனது பி.ஏ.வாக கொண்டுவந்தார் முருகன். அத்துடன் சென்னைக்கு வந்த பிரதமரை வரவேற்கும் லிஸ்ட்டில் கவியரசு பெயரையும் இணைத்தார். மறுபடியும் கவியரசு லைம்லைட்டுக்கு வரவே இதை முருகனின் எதிரிகள் அமித்ஷாவுக்கு போட்டுக்கொடுக்க... சிங்கிள் போனில் முருகனின் எம்.பி. பதவியும், மந்திரி பதவியும் பறிபோனது'' என்கிறார்கள் பா.ஜ.க.வைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் "இனி முருகனுக்கு தமிழக பா.ஜ.கவில் எந்த எதிர்காலமும் இல்லை. அவர் இதுவரை எந்த கட்சி வேலையும் செய்யவில்லை. அவர் தலைவர் பதவி வகித்த காலத்தில் ரௌடிகள் கட்சியில் இணைக்கப்பட்டார்கள் என்பதைத் தவிர வேறு எந்த சாதனையையும் முருகன் செய்யவில்லை. அவரால் தமிழகத்தில் பா.ஜ.கவை வளர்க்க முடியவில்லை. அவரை தூக்கிப் போட்டுவிட்டு தமிழகத்தில் நல்ல இளைஞர்களை, செல்வாக்குள்ள நபர்களை ராஜ்யசபா உறுப்பினராக்கி மந்திரி பதவி கொடுத்தால் கட்சி வளரும் என்பது கட்சியின் மேலிட பொறுப்பாளராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ராம்மாதவின் கணக்கு. இந்தக் கணக்கு விவாதத்திற்குள்ளாகி அதன் எதிர்வினைதான் முருகனின் பதவி பறிப்பு'’என்கிறது பா.ஜ.க. டெல்லி வட்டாரங்கள்!
இந்நிலையில், எம்.பி. பதவியை ராஜினாமா செய்வ தென்றால் அதற்கான கடிதத்தை பாராளுமன்ற சபாநாயக ருக்குத்தான் அனுப்பவேண்டும். ஆனால் எல்.முருகனோ, அமைச்சர் பொறுப்பிலிருந்து விலகுவது, எம்.பி. பதவியிலிருந்து விலகுவது தொடர்பான கடிதத்தை பிரதமருக்கு அனுப்பி யிருப்பது விவாதத்தை எழுப்பியுள்ளது. அடுத்து சபாநாயகருக்கு கடிதம் அனுப்பப்படுமென்று தெரிகிறது.

When I speak to students with an SIO background, they say that alcohol is unacceptable because it is haram. I agree. Malcolm X put it even more strongly: alcohol and drugs were pushed into the Black community to keep people numb, dependent, and less able to organise or protest. Sobriety was treated as both a religious duty and a form of resistance.
In Kerala there is an organisation called the Dalit Human Rights Movement (DHRM), active especially around Thiruvananthapuram and Varkala. One of its main objectives was to keep Dalits and Adivasis away from alcohol and drugs. Cadres took a strict oath against liquor, worked inside the colonies, and campaigned against drinking. In several places this reduced illicit hooch and related problems, and women in those colonies often supported it. Kerala’s government earns a large share of its revenue from liquor sales (through BEVCO), so organised community efforts against alcohol can be seen as a threat. The state responded with arrests and heavy scrutiny. (The crackdown was also linked to a 2009 murder case in Varkala in which DHRM members were accused; some were later convicted, though the High Court later acquitted several on the conspiracy charges.) The broader point remains: an intoxicated community is less likely to think clearly or protest. Inside the colonies, inside your own house and community, such rules can be enforced by the people themselves.
My question now is this: India is a secular country. Upper castes, especially in North India, do not like beef for religious reasons, and many states have strict cow-slaughter laws. At the same time, Muslims and Dalits are being lynched over suspected beef consumption or cattle transport, often on the basis of rumours. These are not legal actions by the state; they are mob violence. Will we sit quietly and say that this activity is justified simply because some people dislike the food?
Also suicide is consider not acceptable in Islam. But these same sio stood for Rohit vemula and also fatheema who committed suicide in IIT Madras. So why this double standard.
There cannot be a rational argument any to dismiss the students.
Particularly SIO, Fraternity being silent is hipocratic at the highest level. How will Dalits join you. This is the serious problem against unity between Dalits and muslims.

I then asked the Delhi Police to let me call my cousin who lives in the village; I requested them to bring my phone for just two minutes. They refused, saying they couldn't bring the phone and asked me to provide the number instead. I told them I didn't remember the number by heart and asked them to just hand me the phone for two minutes so I could retrieve the number and give it to them. Even then, they did not give me the phone. By law, I have the right to call my lawyer as well. The Delhi Police did not allow that either; they wouldn't let me call my lawyer. I needed to call my cousin—who lived with my grandmother in the village—to ask what had happened and how. The Delhi Police still refused to give me the phone. What do you make of that? They still wouldn't let me make the call. At 3:30 AM, the Delhi Police came and told me to call my parents and inform them that I had been arrested. What was the intention behind this? Waking me up at 3:30 AM and telling me to call my parents—waking them up too—to tell them I was under arrest? I asked them why they hadn't informed my parents all day that I had been arrested or where I was being held. Why didn't you tell them during the day? Why are you telling me this at 3:30 AM? Why not wait until morning? They insisted it was a legal procedure. What kind of legal procedure requires calling someone's parents at 3:30 AM to inform them that their son has been arrested? My grandmother had just passed away due to health issues; my parents were already in a state of shock. On top of that, these Delhi Police goons and brutes wanted me to call my parents at 3:30 AM and shock them with the news that I had been arrested. They have no humanity—absolutely none. They are goons in uniform—thugs wearing the uniform—and Amit Shah has turned them into such hooligans...I haven't signed any bond. We will take to the streets again; we will not be intimidated by people like Amit Shah and Modi. Throw us in jail not just once, but a hundred times—we do not fear your dictatorship. The same Delhi Police which is now taking the moral high ground for informing me about my grandmother’s demise and offering me a ride home came to me at 3:30 in the morning with arrest papers, demanding that I sign them.
Where did all that humanity go at 3:30 AM? Despite knowing that I had just lost my grandmother, they still insisted that I sign the arrest papers. I refused until I was allowed to speak to my lawyers.
