Excited to share our new @biorxivpreprint from the lab!
We show that intestinal Lgr5⁺ stem cells are active luminal sensors that use apical TLR2 signaling to detect microbiota-derived cues and regulate epithelial differentiation and antimicrobial defense.

Check out our latest pre-print on @biorxivpreprint ! We show that the intestinal MHC II self-ligandome is spatially compartmentalized across villus, crypt, and immune niches, and is dramatically rewired during injury toward damage-associated self-antigens.
