My attention has been drawn to a video being deliberately circulated to create a false impression before the good people of Osun State. It is unfortunate that some individuals have chosen to recycle an old video, strip it of its context and present it as though it reflects the present reality.
For the avoidance of doubt, the video was recorded on 21 June 2025 during the inauguration of my Fan Club in Ikire, Apomu, and Ikoyi. On that occasion, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji(AMBO) sent his representatives to grace the event and also made a generous donation to my fan club.
It is important to state that, at the time of that event, AMBO had not secured the APC governorship ticket. In fact, I made my position clear during my speech when I said, “Just go and get the ticket, then let’s see how it goes.” That statement alone provides the context that those circulating the video have deliberately chosen to conceal.
Furthermore, the event took place long before I joined Accord. It is therefore dishonest to use an old video to manufacture a political narrative that does not exist today. The people of Osun deserve better than propaganda built on half-truths and selective editing.
I stand in one ACCORD with His Excellency, Ademola Adeleke and I believe in his People-focused administration. Political engagement should be based on truth, integrity, and respect for the intelligence of the people not on recycled videos intended to mislead the public.
I urge the general public to disregard this misinformation and refuse to be deceived by those whose only strategy is to distort facts for political gain.

Oriyomi Hamzat Inaugurates Fan Club in Osun, Receives Royal Blessings and Ikire Ambassadorial Honor.
Yesterday marked another significant milestone in the journey of Oriyomi Hamzat as I visited three prominent towns in Osun State — Ikire, Apomu, and Ikoyi to inaugurate the Oriyomi Hamzat Fam Club. The visit, aimed at deepening grassroots development and strengthening regional solidarity, was met with warmth, honor, and royal blessings.
Before the commencement of the inaugural ceremony, I paid homage to three highly revered traditional rulers: The Akire of Ikire, The Alapomu of Apomu Land, and The Olukoyi of Ikoyi Land. The visit to the palaces was not only a show of deep respect for traditional institutions but also a reaffirmation of my belief in the vital role culture and royal heritage play in uniting and guiding the people.
Our beloved traditional rulers offered their prayers and royal blessings for the success of my endeavors. They commended my commitment to youth empowerment, truth, justice, and grassroots development, qualities that have made me a household name not only in Oyo State but across the country and beyond.
One of the major highlights of the visit was the grand reception at Ikire, where I was honored by the Ikire Progressive Union (IPU) with the prestigious title of Ambassador of Ikire Land. This rare recognition was bestowed on me in acknowledgment of my tireless advocacy for social justice, my philanthropic contributions to the less privileged, and my consistent voice for the voiceless through media and community outreach.
My heartfelt gratitude to the people of Ikire, Apomu, and Ikoyi for your unwavering support. This is not about politics, it’s about people, legacy, social justice, and selfless leadership. I assured everyone that Oriyomi Hamzat Fam Club will serve as a rallying point for like minds who believe in truth, justice, equality, empathy, and a new direction for our people.
The colorful event drew a massive turnout of supporters, traditional leaders, artisans, youth groups, market women, and political stakeholders, all of whom reiterated their support for my vision of a more inclusive, just, and accountable leadership structure that will serve the common interests.

The abduction of the Chibok girls in 2014 triggered a global movement. One school abduction was enough to unite Nigerians, attract international attention, and place enormous pressure on the government through the #BringBackOurGirls campaign.
Yet, what has happened since then should trouble every Nigerian.
Under President Buhari's eight years in office, Nigeria witnessed about ten school abductions. Under President Tinubu's administration, in just three years, we have already recorded over ten school abductions.
Despite these repeated tragedies, there has been neither sustained national outrage nor significant international attention comparable to what followed Chibok.
This raises an important question: have we become so accustomed to insecurity that what once shocked our national conscience is now treated as normal?
At a time when millions of Nigerians are grappling with insecurity, poverty, and hardship, it is deeply troubling that those in power appear more focused on political calculations and preparations for the next election than on addressing the urgent challenges confronting our people.
It is, therefore, no surprise that some observers have labelled us a "Now Disgraced Nation". While we do not agree with any attempt to define our great country by its present difficulties, we must acknowledge that persistent insecurity, economic hardship, and leadership failure have damaged our reputation and standing among nations.
The answer is not denial, propaganda, or political distraction. The answer is leadership that is competent, compassionate, accountable, and genuinely committed to the welfare and security of the Nigerian people.
The Nigerian youth must not become indifferent. We must all refuse to normalise failure.

🚨 As a Kidnapping Survivor, I Can Tell You This: These Bandits Can Be Caught Easily
After confirming their location, the government can easily use night vision to track and attack them at night.
From my experience as a kidnapping survivor, these bandits are not as difficult to catch as people think. Most of them take hard drugs at night and sleep heavily until the next morning.
If not for the chains they used to lock us up, I would have escaped much earlier.
The government can deal with this problem if they truly want to. They know what they're doing, sha. 💔
