sometimes you’re not overthinking. you’re just noticing the inconsistencies you wish you could ignore because a part of you still wants to believe them.

I clear cancel and release any and all contracts made in deceit with all enemies known and unknown who are attempting to siphon, harvest, or stagnate my sacral , solar plexus and root chakra energy and use it for their own benefit. Any entity or person who attempts to drain my sexual energy in any way will be deemed powerless at the attempt and receive nothing. Instead of me being harvested from, you will be weakened permanently and stripped of your ability to even try it.

Then I looked at him. Then I started crying. He didn’t move. Not even when I covered my mouth and started shaking. Me: “You think I cheated on you?” Husband: “I think there’s something you haven’t told me.” Me: “After everything I’ve sacrificed for this family?” Husband: “Please. Just answer one question.” Me: “You’re destroying our marriage over a piece of paper!” He lowered his head. Then he said something that made my stomach turn. Husband: “I know she’s not biologically mine.” I froze. Me: “What?” Husband: “I knew before I married you.” I stopped crying. “What do you mean you knew?” He pulled out another envelope. Inside were hospital records from the day our daughter was born. He told me that when our baby was delivered, the hospital had made a mistake with some of the paperwork. A blood group discrepancy had raised questions, and someone had quietly suggested he confirm paternity. He did. The result had come back years ago. Our daughter wasn’t biologically his. But he stayed. He raised her. He paid her school fees, carried her when she had a fever, and sat beside her hospital bed when she had malaria. He had never told me. Not once. Me: “Then why are you bringing this up NOW?” He looked straight into my eyes. Husband: “Because she asked me something yesterday.” Me: “What?” His voice cracked. “She asked me if I would still love her if she wasn’t really my daughter.” I couldn’t breathe properly. He continued. “She said she overheard you talking to your sister on the phone. You told her that one day, when she was old enough, you would explain why her father wasn’t her real father.” I started crying again. Husband: “I have spent eight years loving that child without asking for anything in return. And now she thinks I might stop loving her because of something she heard from YOU.” Me: “I was going to tell her when the time was right!” Husband: “When would that be? When she was eighteen? Twenty-five? When she found out from somebody else?”

The shit people expect you to get over is usually shit they'd lose their fucking minds over if you did it to them.

Karma shows no mercy. The hurt you inflict on someone else, such as the lies, the betrayal, the disrespect, the cheating, the manipulation, it eventually finds its way back home, harder, louder, and heavier.

Never confuse a man who is afraid of losing access to you with a man who is afraid of losing you. One is worried about losing the benefits you give him. The other is worried about losing the woman he genuinely wants in his life. Both may call you when you pull away. Pay attention to what happens when you come back. One will return to his old habits. The other will try to fix what made you leave in the first place. Missing you and valuing you are two different things.

Narsistlerin "eski sevgilisi" veya "eski eşi" olmaz, salıverilmiş rehineleri olur. Yeni kaynak bulunca ona gider, oradan sıkılır ve tüketir sana döner. Sonsuz bir döngü. Kurtulan herkese geçmiş olsun, Stockholm Sendromu tedavinizde başarılar.

Nobody is really ready to hear this, but sometimes, you have to admit that you played a part in your own suffering. You’re hurting because of the choices you made. You ignored the red flags, accepted less than you deserved, stayed when you knew you should have left or kept giving chances to someone who repeatedly showed you they weren’t going to change. And now you’re living with the consequences of those decisions. Of course, not everything is your fault. Other people are responsible for their actions and you don’t deserve to be mistreated just because you made a mistake in trusting someone. But you also have to recognise the moments when you ignored your own judgment, abandoned your boundaries or kept choosing something that was hurting you. At some point, you have to stop blaming everyone else, stop waiting for someone to rescue you and start asking yourself what you can do differently. Taking accountability doesn’t mean hating yourself for the choices you made. It means being honest enough to learn from them instead of repeating the same patterns and expecting a different outcome. You may not be responsible for everything that happened to you, but you are responsible for what you choose to do next. Stop keeping yourself trapped in a situation you have the power to change.

Can we talk about how some men genuinely fuck over the most genuine women? Women who loved them wholeheartedly, showed up for them, prayed for them, and stood beside them through their darkest moments. And somehow, those same women end up having to heal from the very people they were trying to love. That kind of betrayal changes you in ways people will never understand.

Stop romanticizing someone who treated you like an option. No matter how beautiful the memories were, if they left you doubting your worth, it wasn't the love you deserved. Stop replaying the best moments with someone who made you feel invisible when you needed them most.

people don’t talk about how heartbreak is also fucking embarrassing. like, look at me, the idiot who genuinely believed someone cared about me. now i’m left questioning everything, feeling stupid for believing in something i thought was real, only to realize i was the only one taking it seriously the whole time.

The real heartbreak is reaching a point where giving up is your only choice. When you stop falling for their potential because your love can no longer excuse their chaos. When you realize that no matter how deeply you love someone, you cannot change someone who refuses to change. That hurts more than goodbye.

i don’t believe the person meant for you would knowingly do things they know will break your heart. real love means considering your feelings, protecting your peace, and caring about how your actions affect you. to be loved is to be considered.
