I just realized what was happening when this picture was taken Sunday. 😂 My hand hurt from smacking the seat in front of me trying to make noise the entire game, so naturally I took my SHOE OFF and started banging that instead. You can literally see my shoe in my right hand while I’m going up for the high five. 😂😂 Whatever it takes to give the defense a little extra home-field advantage. #RaiseHail

The new #RFKStadium renderings look AMAZING. 🔥 But Commanders fans have one question before we get too excited: what are those PSLs gonna cost us? 👀 Tell us now so we can start putting money down—or at least tell us how much we need to start setting aside. A beautiful new stadium is great, but the fans who have been here through it all need to be able to get in. @RallyCaptain and I talk about that—and the upcoming Cowboys matchup—on the latest @DMVMessHall, “Leveling Up.” Listen wherever you get your podcasts or at dmvmesshall.com

The Commanders take on the Ravens tonight in the final preseason game. I don’t expect to see any starters, especially with how banged up this team already is heading into Week 1. That said, there are still plenty of people in the fanbase who are adamant the starters should play. @RallyCaptain and I talk about that, the state of the team, and plenty more on the latest @DMVMessHall. Give it a listen when you get a chance. 🏈 🎧 - open.spotify.com/episode/2wT… 📺 - youtube.com/watch?v=wUR8LPjx…
