Been screaming this! We celebrating his pass blocking! Imagine if someone said that about Bijon or Gibbs. We’d lose our minds.
I pray to God @SlaterNFL ask Shottyif he is such an elite play caller why does it appear he becomes so conservative in moments when it’s time to really do the dictating of the game like other established elite play callers!
Why is James Houston not on the field? @BryanBroaddus 2 minutes and 16 seconds too gooo

Remember this post, predictive markets and sports betting platforms will see major lawsuits. Marketing to underage youth where they see it on platforms won’t go unseen and I’m guessing youth go for higher-risk bets. As addiction rises just watch.
LFG
Talking to Zimmer today about, how the match concepts, were deployed with Deon. “They didn’t want to pay Deon 35 mil to play Cover 3”
So they came up with match concepts that allowed them to utilize his man coverage abilities!!
Now looking at Joey Porter Jr, PS2 and these corners in the current era I can see what is supposed to be going on in our scheme. The film session is as invaluable & I can’t thank Zimm enough for sitting me and teaching!!
AA-Gap’s birth was spoken about as well! Parcells asked “have you ever changed the blitz based off what the offense is telling you” Zimm “No but I’m going to look into it now” the rest is history and to now see so many coaches mimic that philosophy speaks to the impact that he’s had on the game!!
I love this stuff
Film dropping as soon as I get approval lol 😂

The older you get, the more you realize that access to you should be earned, not inherited, demanded, or assumed.
Sent this to all my strong friends who on a daily got to get up and really go get it! @downs2business I felt this in my soul!
The 🧠 can not learn anything fast if it can not learn slow. If you teach the dawgs control and how to be precise when to attack is more deadly. Don’t forget he a pretty boy! Kappas do it their way, versus more aggressive frats like Omegas!
Seven weeks in, and I have a legitimate concern with Christian Parker’s defensive philosophy.
The passivity isn't just on the back end. It's affecting the entire defense, from the defensive line to the linebackers to the secondary.
We have linebackers hesitating to attack gaps because they're tied to coverage responsibilities. We have defensive linemen playing two-gap techniques, reading and reacting instead of penetrating, disrupting, and forcing the offense to respond to THEM.
We're asking naturally aggressive players to think before they attack, and that hesitation is costing us.
What's frustrating is that we've seen what happens when this front is allowed to get vertical and dictate the action. The results have been overwhelmingly positive.
Look at the two interceptions this season. Both came on plays where the defensive front attacked with urgency rather than sitting in half-gap responsibilities, diagnosing the run, and transitioning late into the pass rush.
That's not a coincidence worth ignoring. That's something worth studying.
And here's another concern: This approach is making BT Jordan's work with these defensive linemen look ineffective when the issue may actually be how they're being deployed. BT trains these guys to destroy blocks, win leverage, and create disruption. But you cannot consistently develop an attacking mentality and then ask players to operate in a system that prioritizes hesitation and reaction.
I understand the value of gap integrity, coverage discipline, and sound defensive structure. I'm not advocating for reckless football. I'm advocating for a defense that understands when to dictate rather than constantly accommodate.
Seven weeks. I've given Christian Parker seven weeks to establish what he's trying to accomplish. I respect his football intelligence, and I believe there's a vision behind this system. But at this point, I'm struggling to identify the intent.
Are we trying to prevent offenses from making explosive plays, or are we trying to make offenses uncomfortable enough that they can't execute in the first place?
Because those are two very different defensive identities.
You can be structurally sound without being passive. You can maintain gap integrity while attacking. And you can protect your secondary without sacrificing the aggression of your front seven.
I haven't abandoned Christian Parker. But I am questioning the philosophy, because the film is giving me legitimate reasons to do so.
The talent is there. The coaching talent is there. Now I need to see a system that allows that talent to impose its will.
Seven weeks of patience. Now I need to see intent.

Yeah, but he might roll his ankle… just go get Kid from Miami for 4th or 5th like normal
I am disappointed Cowboy Nation is not loud about getting Jonathan Taylor.
Adding him to that offensive line would have more benefits than having 2 number 1s.
The offense would really be GOTI.
