Guess who just pivoted from "crypto only" to "everything" fund. I believe this will create exodus effects in Crypto-only VC's circle. In co-relation with mass layoffs across the sphere of Mag7 and Fortune 500 tech companies, this is a such a great time in history, where we'll see rapid experimentation globally, and more startups who'll land fundraising stage led by solo-prenuers or lean teams. Most of them are definitely not going to create a Crypto company. As much ppl in Crypto will hate this direction, but that was bound to happen. Crypto failed numerous times proving it's place in application/infra ground, besides RWA's & remittances issues, nothing has been useful at scale. Future looks great for the world, as most credible VC's invest across way small & different niches now. @a16zfrontier @cdixon @pmarca @bhorowitz

Albeit of hating BJP for years, I also acknowledge there's a massive anti-govt narrative is being pushed in alliance with foreign entities, who'll greatly benefit from tearing India apart. No way, all together and sudden we're seeing everything is emerging so well against the govt. Same way, they'd setup everything against Congress govt led by Manmohan ji's in 2014, they're trying hard. If it'd been natural, i'd continue to bash Godi ji for his deed for India.

Real problem with Indian Markets are the participants and the timing. After 2021 we'd seen a surge of 6x of total demats in India. So about 1/6th of the total participants expects equities to always deliver a RFR + premium each year. Otherwise, anything less produces massive sentiment flip and ppl will start screaming "Indian equities are weak" This had also pushed overall market to dangerous valuation zone, and that never sustains. Everything revert backs to mean eventually. And that is what is been happening since after 2024, investors are plagued whether the risk vs. substantial domestic risks are worth it, in emerging market sense, there are multitudinal risks involved investing in India rn. We might see a 2-3 year of range bound on Index (Nifty 50) before earnings push the P/E's more lower for the market to equate better R:R While everything is happening, there's so much noise and sentimental push that great companies, after a long time are again coming back to highly attractive valuation. I'm taking that bet, because markets eventually punishes bad business and equally rewards the good business with great pleasure.

Almost every new chain is flowing through ETH as a supportive infrastructure for security and liquidity. Right now, it's the only chain that qualifies for having the unified substance a new team would need to launch their own chain. I'm bullish on the ecosystem. Albeit the prices for the $ETH might suck for a long enough time.

i don’t know who needs to hear this, but people who can’t sit through boring price action will never hit a big win. and i’m saying this as someone who caught numerous 100x plays last cycle, publicly proven on my X. the biggest moves often come after weeks of nothing. no hype, no validation, no green candles to reassure you that you’re right. that’s when most people lose patience, sell their bags, and move on to chase something that’s already running. if you want to catch a real 50x or 100x, you need to be comfortable looking stupid, being bored, and sitting through uncertainty while your thesis plays out. everyone wants big 6-7-8 fig win. very few can tolerate the process required to get there.

just don’t give up. you’re not seeing results yet — keep going. people are making fun of you — keep going. you’re doubting yourself — keep going. someone is being mean to you — keep going. you’re being ignored or underestimated — keep going. nothing seems to be working — keep going. you have no idea which repetition, which attempt, or which day will become the breakthrough. sometimes the only difference between failure and success is that you stayed in the game a little longer. just don’t give up.

For generations, we've pushed the limits of what flight can do. Yet moving goods still comes with a compromise. The sea takes weeks and flying costs too much. Somewhere along the way, the world got comfortable with waiting. Today, we announce Eureka, our first aircraft. It takes off and lands on water, and it's designed to turn "in a few weeks" into "on the evening flight." Break the surface.

Apple booked 50 business class seats daily for SFO → Shanghai on United in the pre-COVID 19 era They were spending ~$35m per annum to get manufacturing design engineering (MDE) teams from Cupertino to supervise the manufacturing engine in China. They flew everyone from process engineers to designers to operations managers to reliability engineers on-site to help ramp up production of various Apple devices. In fact, United began flying SFO → Chengdu daily from 2015 because Apple guaranteed it would take almost all of the 36 business class seats on that flight. Chengdu is where 50% of the world’s iPads are made! Back in 2019, Apple was United’s largest corporate account. Apple was spending ~$150m per annum with United 🤯 Apple began manufacturing efforts in China in 1997 when Jobs came back into power. Apple’s peak CAPEX in China was ~$55bn per annum. The scale of Apple’s supply chain in China insane: There are 1.4 million employed on production lines by Apple’s manufacturing partners like Foxxconn! Source for the above: Patrick McGee’s book “Apple in China” and Dan Wang’s “Breakneck”. I’ve read both these year & they provide a fascinating POV into China’s manufacturing prowess.

+45%, +20%, +56% / within a month Those who stay away from Equities, saying they don’t make you money is all wrong. Infact you can make money in a side ways market as well, by buying great companies that are valued terribly due to emotions. It’s very easy to be right in Equities than in Crypto. Because everything is quantifiable and verifiable. It’s not in Crypto, you’ve every odds stacked against you every time you take a position using frameworks your influencers taught you. And rationale rarely works. If you’re smart you would rather underperform in Crypto. That changes int Equities, you’ve to be emotionally smart here and understand layers of a business, opportunity costs and basic financial statement understanding. I still agree to the fact if you don’t have enough money, Crypto can really change your life with one or two right bets. Once you make enough money, come to Equities and make bets in industries you deeply understand.

It’s been a while since i confidently size into any memecoin. Pleased to share, it is solana:3qq54YqAKG3TcrwNHXFSpMCWoL8gmMuPceJ4FG9npump now I can see this break ups of 9 figures in market cap, can’t predict a timeline but my best guess would be mid 2027. Bcz many robotics companies have their product launch near Q2 2027, including Elon’s optimus gen 3, which i feel would be a biggest unlock for this space. Manufacturers are adapting to more automation than ever before, with attractive ROI through modern robots. This will make people hate Robots & AI more n more. Headline all over the mainstream media, like the one we’re used to with AI for layoffs.

Today is an interesting day for Robotics. @UnitreeRobotics is reportedly trading at around 6x its IPO price. That is an unusual outcome for a robotics company, but i don't think the interesting part is the multiple itself. Unitree has been one of the companies actually putting deployment-ready humanoids into the market at meaningful volume. That matters. For years, robotics had a strange problem. Everyone agreed that the market was going to be enormous, but very few investors were willing to finance the long and expensive road between a prototype and a product that could actually operate in the real world. Hardware is unforgiving. You need capital for the robot, capital for manufacturing, capital for sensors and actuators, capital for software, capital for deployment, and then more capital to discover what you got wrong. That makes robotics a very different fundraising game from software. I think this is changing. The Unitree outcome is one more signal that public markets are starting to put a different price on robotics companies that have moved beyond the laboratory and into actual deployment. If that continues, the second order effect could be much bigger. > More founders will start companies. > More capital will move into the sector. > More suppliers will get funded. > More talent will move into robotics. And the cost of building the next generation of robots should gradually come down. This is how industries become industries. Not through one company. Through enough companies, capital, talent and infrastructure compounding around the same technological direction. I've been an unapologetic robotics optimist for a while. I think we're still very early.
