Furthermore it doesn’t always mean it’s cheaper and better to own either. In 6 years of owning the property currently a I’m at it’s taken as much money in maintenance and repairs as the original down payment. Plus nearly all value gained in that time frame as well. Hamster wheel.

Here's a little factoid most premium sellers seem to forget! The market is priced for anxiety. The expected move is rarely greater than the actual move. Take that info as you will. For me, my brain processes it like this...most of the crap you worry about rarely happens. Learn how to play golf instead lol
