ALT Last week, I attended the National League of Cities Summit, where I had the distinct honor of meeting Felicia James, Associate Administrator for the FTA's office of Planning & Environment. In addition to the consistent executive direction they provide in transit and environmental planning, Felicia's office also administers a national program for the metropolitan and statewide planning process, the major capital grants and investment program (like the one we received), and environmental program and policies for all modes of public transit in the United. States. Thank you for your leadership, Felicia!
