Much of this comes from the insightful presentation by @ShellELittle on "The Accessibility to Burnout Pipeline" at #axecon 2023, along with many wonderful conversations with the talented @MrRossMullen.
The reason for the site is hugely inspired by the legendary @shanselman for his incredible advice on "own your words" (keynote, Code Garden 2022).
And the equally brilliant @ChrisSpalton for his "most things are sh*t, so just put it out there".
