The Museum honors Andrew Carnegie, the Scottish-American businessman and philanthropist who also funded the creation of libraries in my home state of Arkansas. As we continue to celebrate America's 250th anniversary, we are pleased to support this project, connecting audiences on both sides of the Atlantic with Carnegie’s story and the shared history and values linking the U.S. and Scotland.

🎤 On 28/10, ICOMOS ISCoAH President Gai Jorayev participated in the 2025 World Monuments Summit to discuss the emerging concept of lunar heritage, highlighting ICOMOS' efforts to raise awareness of its values and to promote global cooperation for its safeguarding. He emphasised how the Apollo 11 landing site's nomination on the 2025 World Monuments Watch helped draw attention to the threats faced by space heritage, whether on Earth or in orbit.
🖥️ Within the framework of the Summit and in alignment with this theme, @WorldMonuments and @CyArk, in collab with ISCoAH, announced the launch of a free digital platform that offers a virtual tour of the #Moon’s surface, showcasing the most significant sites related to lunar exploration.

From October 14 to 18, CHC-CRDF and CyArk, with support from JPCT, carried out fieldwork at Jaigarh Fort as part of CyArk's Heritage Amplified Grant. This work focused on key aspects of Jaigarh Fort's water management and distribution system @lowercasevowels @CeptResearch @CyArk
ALT Using LiDAR scanning and terrestrial and aerial photogrammetry, the team documented water collection channels, storage tanks, and related components. This process was guided by sessions with field experts from CyArk. A series of expert interviews were conducted on-site to explore the nuances of the water system and bring its stories to life. The project seeks to engage broader audiences with a narrative centered on water, showcasing the site's meticulously engineered, self-sustaining system. This initiative is supported by Iron Mountain and the Jaigarh Public Charitable Trust (JPCT), and is part of a wider collaboration between JPCT and CHC to conserve the Jaigarh Fort Precinct.
