3. Place your bid
Head over to the Genesis page.
Enter two things:
- How much cZAMA youʼre willing to pay per NFT.
- How many NFTs you want.
Then click “Place a sealed bid” and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Remember to keep some ETH in your wallet to cover gas fees.

But how does the auction actually work?
Imagine there are 2,500 NFTs available and 5,000 people interested in buying them.
Everyone submits their bids privately. Nobody can see what another person is offering or how many NFTs they want until the auction ends.
Once the 24-hour auction closes, the bids are revealed and the available NFTs are allocated based on the auction results.
Hereʼs the interesting part:
All successful bidders pay the same final clearing price, rather than each paying their individual bid.
If you bid more than the final price, you donʼt automatically lose that extra amount. The difference is refunded. Those who don't win also get their funds back.
In simple terms, you submit your offer privately, wait for the auction to close, and the final results determine who gets an NFT and what everyone pays.
