This is the feature I’ve seen generating the most excitement on @opensea mobile.
Traders are spread across a dozen platforms. Now their activity shows up in one feed.
Follow any wallet, no matter where they trade, and get a notification the second they move.

We may be witnessing the end of the age of photographic truth.
When Tesla unveiled its flying Roadster, even Elon Musk acknowledged that they needed a live audience to prove it wasn't AI.
Let that sink in.
One of the world's most recognizable technology companies had to confront a reality we now all face: seeing is no longer believing.
As a photographer, this changes everything.
The image used to be evidence. Now, evidence itself needs context, provenance and trust.
What happens to photography when reality becomes indistinguishable from its simulation?

(1/7) Interesting new Reich pre-print (biorxiv.org/content/10.64898…). Archaeological and geographical claims can be questioned imo though. Some kind of population contact between an early Homo sapiens population & Neanderthals is evident, but there are different possible scenarios

my thoughts on AI consciousness...
tl;dr: humans are special. robots are not. machines are not conscious. no compelling evidence says otherwise. metaphysical masturbation and circular thinking aren't enough to convince me that an LLM deserves welfare consideration. that doesn't mean we shouldn't take care of our tools.

We are beyond hyped to announce an incredible new interactive station as part of Cycol 2.0, featuring the brilliant MTV time-travel device built by @flexasaurusrex!
Step up, select any year, and let the classic music videos of that era take over. Whether you're reliving the peak 80s synth-pop aesthetic, 90s hip-hop golden era, or anything in between, the ultimate nostalgic music experience is landing on 91 Allen Street very soon.
based on recent user feedback, @opensea placed alerts about open unfunded WETH offers
what if you could old revoke approvals directly in app?
an icon on collection pages showing if your wallet has the collection approved?
option to revoke approval after sales transactions?
Last month, the contracts powering Magic Eden were exploited to the tune of millions of dollars. I was lucky enough to be in a position to rescue a good portion of that, but it highlighted the danger of leaving approvals open as adversaries get access to better and better tools for finding holes in contract logic.
Today, Blur announced that they will be deprecating their frontend.
I've investigated Blur and found no exploits within the current contracts. However, the Blur contracts are upgradable, meaning that they could turn malicious at any time.
They currently have eight figures worth of NFTs approved to them. The safety of those NFTs effectively hinges on the opssec of the Blur team, which appears to be disbanding at this time.
If you have open approvals to Blur, I recommend you remove them immediately. Use revoke.cash or similar to ensure that you are protected in case of a contract exploit or later upgrade.
Don't wait. The time is now.
Best way for @0xPolygon to get ahead of the curve is to begin promoting the best work ever done on their L2 which is @goroishihata’s cryptogoros

Im telling you rn this guy bought pizza at a dumpy ass spot
Plenty of shitty pizza spots in NYC
Mostly the spots that say “NY BEST PIZZA”
You want good pizza you go to
l'industrie (Burrata slice)
L&B Spumoni Gardens (Square)
Di Fara
All in Brooklyn
Or if you want a classic slice you go to Joe’s in East Village

This is the state of the market.
A self-professed researcher says Litecoin, the leading payments crypto that includes optional privacy, doesn't have a narrative and suggests creating a memecoin on a different chain in order to generate one.
I'm not mad at him, I'm mad for him. Let's bring value in real utility back to where it belongs. At the front.
