few years ago my hands would be sweaty while speaking on a space i'd lose my train of thought mid-sentence + panic #️⃣IntrovertIssues most people cringe when they listen to their own voice but listening back to spaces you speak on is a powerful tool to improve your public speaking skills i spent months reviewing what i say and studied good speakers how they talk cadence their delivery how they answer questions what hosts/cohosts do well i'd write down exactly where i started rambling and how i could've said it better it's been 4yrs and i'm still not perfect at it but i've built a good reputation in spaces people wanna hear what I have to say + it is one of the best ways to let people know you EXIST (aka brand awareness) so... go... speak in one space today and if you're scared, practice and do it again tomorrow!
