The court ordered the applicant to put the respondents on notice & adjourned the application for hearing to 28 Oct., 2026.
It is not yet clear, however, why the application for events in the Owerri Branch of the NBA should be made before a different judicial division outside Owerri.

Our appearance at the Federal High Court for the ongoing “Tinubu Is a Criminal” trial also became an opportunity to engage with supporters and members of the public about our #Sowore2027 presidential campaign.
While our legal team confronted the bogus charges inside the courtroom, supporters gathered outside to express solidarity and participate in campaign activities.
The courtroom was the venue for the legal proceedings; the surrounding public space provided an opportunity for political engagement.
