(6) for some people it may be the catalyst that makes them feel continuing in education / academia is not for them. We shouldn’t be talking about resilience, we should be addressing why it’s needed in the first place, especially in education.

(7) You can be critical AND KIND. Build people up and support. Everyone faces rejection and building the skills to face that is needed. But rejection alongside language designed to hurt isn’t constructive. We need to be kinder to ourselves, students and peers

❗️New publication alert❗️ Amazing to see this paper come out. We designed a gamified intervention for parents to do with their 4-5-year-old children to improve stability skills. Stability and cognitive skills were improved in intervention group! (1/2) sciencedirect.com/science/ar…
