I wrote this track about 2 years ago just as I was coming out of a really difficult time. I had in mind a video for it for a while but it’s only been recently that tools have got good enough for me to execute my vision.

1/ Today we’re unveiling Bombadil, @electricplantco's foundation model that reads the electrical signals of living plants and turns them into a continuous view of their physiology.
Trained on 7M+ hours of plant electrical signal across 125+ species. That makes Bombadil the most species-diverse model of directly recorded electrical biosignals in existence. The animal equivalent would be one model that reads the brainwaves of blue whales, horseshoe crabs and fruit flies.

Holy! Odyssey says it has connected a simulated fruit fly brain to an AI-generated world, allowing it to navigate an environment that never existed.
It’s a glimpse of what entering simulated worlds could one day mean for us. I’m not exaggerating when I say that in the very near future we as humans will also enter virtual world by connecting our brains to the cloud. Neuralink shows the path clearly.

Been messing about with a sound collage app idea. Can load up to 20 different samples and then uses a Lorenz attractor to control paramaters of the sample such as length, density, pitch etc, as well as global parameter of which sample to select. also has a drum and bass seq
New painting (original). Fucked up the background on this one, was doing some touching up but got the value of the colour wrong and then had to redo whole background (why it looks bit messy).
Also needs better stippling technique to give texture to blue and green areas

Executives at OpenAI, Anthropic and other AI companies are reportedly preparing for a public and political backlash after a catastrophic AI event, possibly as early as 2027 (via Axios).
Axios reports that many industry insiders expect a major incident within the next 6–12 months, most likely a cyberattack disrupting banking, internet access, power or water.
OpenAI confirms it runs preparedness exercises, but says: "These scenarios are not treated as inevitable, but are meant to help us prepare for a variety of circumstances."
Anthropic declined to comment.
